In the next instant, all of them locked onto Valtor and shot toward him from every direction.
Valtor didn't move. He stood there, watching them approach, then let out a loud laugh. "Hahaha! Let me test how powerful these feathers are!"
The feathers closed in rapidly, cutting through the air with sharp sounds.

Some of them managed to leave shallow cuts across his arms and face, but most of them simply bounced off his body as if they had hit solid steel.
