The Ignis elder stared at the arena screen, his calm expression finally frozen.
Kaelvar's massive flame dragon body was lying against the broken arena floor, while Dahlia stood on top of his head with lightning and wind swirling around her body.
Garion slowly leaned back in his seat.
Then a wide grin spread across his face.
"Ohhh…"
He glanced toward the Ignis elder with an innocent smile. "That was a pretty good dragon inheritance."
The elder's eyebrow twitched slightly.
Alira quietly looked away, already sensing where this was going.
Garion continued calmly, as if he were only giving polite commentary. "Strong flames, strong body, great pressure, and a very impressive dragon form."
He nodded several times. "Really, really impressive."
The Ignis elder remained silent.
