Garion stared at the glowing book for a long time, his face twisting. "What the hell?"
Atlas floated silently beside him.
Garion pointed at the page. "Why the hell do I need to die for this?"
Atlas crossed his arms.
[Didn't the book already explain it? One's body is the best material.]
Garion's eyebrow twitched.
[If it becomes the foundation material, then the relic will match your body, mana, soul, and power perfectly.]
Garion nodded sharply. "I know that part."
Then he slapped the book with one hand. "But why the hell do I need to die first?"
Atlas shrugged.
[I don't know. I'm not the one who made this method.]
Garion glared at him.
But before Garion could speak, Atlas suddenly froze, narrowing his eyes.
Garion noticed the change. "What?"
Atlas frowned.
[Wait a minute.]
Garion's expression became serious. "What happened?"
Atlas slowly turned his head toward the empty space above them.
[There's a message from above.]
Garion blinked. "From above?"
Atlas nodded.
