I was back at the penthouse. The others were still at work. The clock on the wall showed one in the afternoon. Outside, the sun was surprisingly strong for this time of year.
Minne had the day off to visit her mother, so the place was completely empty. I closed the door behind me, slipped the keycard into my pocket, and walked into the living room. For a few seconds I just stood there, taking in the silence. Then I dropped onto the couch and turned on the TV.
Boring.
Since I actually had time to myself, I decided to deal with my stats. I had nearly 35k credits sitting around. More importantly, my Pleasure skill was still stuck at 49. I didn't have OCD or anything, but that number bothered me for some reason.
