"So you passed their tradition. That counts, but to be officially considered a true couple you need a court registration at the very least."
Snow sat down.
"Yeah sure. I'll walk right out to meet a troop of agents waiting for me. That's if they'll even wait." Godfrey scowled, took one more sip before facing Snow squarely.
"So?"
Snow cracked his neck and crossed one leg over the other. "I believe you've heard of the Association of Origins."
"A bit."
"Well, it's an international association. They will be having their first meeting soon. Do you know what that means? A hundred Origin Tiers might show up, imagine all those powerful figures in one place." Snow told Godfrey with slightly squinted eyes.
"They want to hunt the fugitives?" Godfrey asked.
"Well, I was invited with the sole aim of hunting you so I guess hunting down every fugitive might be amongst the list. Or just your mother. However…" Snow's eyes gleamed.
