"That's true. I'll watch for now," Arthur said, then cleared his throat.
Godfrey raised an eyebrow. Was there another important bit of information he had to know? It appeared like it.
"Aside from Mrs. Athena, the others are still adamant that you join the authorities before they remove the bounty. They're sure now that, with a good number of Titled gods and progenitors around, you have a huge red target mark on your back," Arthur said.
"There's also word about some objects called relics that can make a summoner invincible. They think you'll reconsider if you want to survive."
Godfrey scoffed. "Tell them to increase the bounty. One billion is too small for a demigod; it should be ten billion, perhaps a hundred. I'm sure there'll be waves of people constantly hunting me down. I'll either be forced to join them or die."
Arthur went silent for a moment, then smiled. "You've changed."
He rose to his feet. "Tell Isolde I visited, and don't forget to take care of yourself."
