Within the ruins of Sederis, the battle did not echo.

It bursted with horrific levels of aura... As if it remembered...

Every cracked archway, every half-buried statue, every obsidian pillar fused with dead glyphwork—held the residue of ancient wars that shattered the very skies of their times... And tonight, as three world-class hunters surrounded a ragged man with a presence too large for the sky, the ruins began to vibrate like a throat trying to scream.

Rakull's left eye flickered.

A tiny iris of black glass—embedded deep into his skull—opened its streaming glyph.

Far above, in the Gorgon's HQ orbital station, the Twelve watched minus 1.

Not as commanders.

But As consumers...

SEDERIS — THE FIGHT REFINES

Kasha Vayne moved in first.

The camera couldn't intercept her as she seemed to have teleported within range of the Immortal King...

Her photonic wings unfolded into a halo of blade-light and her body snapped forward in a clean, merciless line—an executioner's geometry. She didn't aim for the King's heart. She aimed for the space where his next step would exist.

A pin-point kill.

A strike designed to erase a god's "option" to dodge.

The Immortal King shifted his shoulder back contortionning himself.

The blade passed so close it shaved a thread of ragcloth from his coat.

Kasha's eyes widened.

"He's not reacting to speed… he's reacting to intent."

Rakull snarled has he slammed his claws into the ground—

A titan pulse erupted, glass sand exploding into a rising wall of shrapnel demonic fire wave.

Elyn's voice cut through the chaos:

"Causality stitch—NOW!"

Reality warped for 1.7 second slightly slowing the movement of the Immortal King.

For any other target, that would have been eternity.

For the Immortal King—

It was a blink of annoyance.

The world bent. The King's outline shimmered. For a fraction of an instant, his existence flickered like an image refusing to load— as his eyes were dead set on Rakull...

And then his gaze landed on Elyn.

Not angry.

Not even surprised.

Just… tired.

"Don't."

Elyn's throat tightened. Blood slid from her nose. Then her eye.

She forced it anyway.

The Time debuff had reinforced Kasha's next strike. Rakull's claws gained a brutal half-second of perfect alignment.

They struck together.

The Immortal King lifted one hand.

No flourish.

No roar.

Just a finger.

And the world behind that fingertip began to invert with raw blue wind energy.

Space buckled.

Matter recoiled from itself.

The sand tried to become sky. The very air around it broke like vitrified glass.

A pure, surgical one-tap intended to remove three lives from their mortal integrity.

But they didn't vanish.

They bled.

Kasha's Antique wings had shattered into fragments of light as she pushed her two teamates to the side burning her back as she dodged the one tap arts with extreme precision... Still her gear started to slowly reform from that strike as the pace became harder...

"I need to regen my wings, RAKULL PROTECT ME FOR 5 SECONDS !!"

Rakull's chest split open from the sheer amount of pin pointed blue wind aura... his gigantic size didn't help him completly dodging it... His torso reformed itself from demonic fire as he unleashed a wave of lightning fast demonic punches towards the king in front of Kasha.

"DIE YOU FIEND !!"

Elyn screamed as her time spell burned her nerves—her veins glowing violet of pure cursed mana, eyes leaking red.

The fight condensed as the Immortal King smiled at their team work... He whispered...

"I think i can remember now..."

They didn't die.

They were too prepared.

They had refined their hatred into something sharper than fear.

Every dodge cost them blood.

Every survival tore them open.

But they kept pace.

Rakull grinned—lips cracking as he finally caught a glimpse of the plan of the immortal King.

"You're erasing the air around us…"

He coughed, black steam and blood.

"…but you're not erasing me."

Kasha reformed her wings mid-spin, blade-feathers snapping back into place like guillotines.

"Stop talking, titan."

Her voice went colder.

"Bleed quieter."

Elyn's pupils trembled, fighting to remain focused.

"He's holding back… he's protecting something... It's... ITS NEAR... I can.. sense..."

Rakull's eye twitched back on the Immortal King as his intent focused back on Elyn.

"A weakness."

Rakull rushed in again—this time not with raw strength, but with timing.

Elyn's 1.7 seconds hit perfectly.

Kasha's blade-light boxed the King's angles.

Rakull's claw pierced through the gap.

It landed—barely—across the King's side.

A shallow strike.

But a strike.

The desert froze.

Kasha's breath caught.

Elyn's eyes widened in disbelief.

Rakull's mouth splitted open into a vicious smile—

"I finally tasted you..."

The Immortal King looked down at the cut in his ragcoat.

Then, very slowly…

He looked back up.

His expression did not change.

But the air did.

The pressure rose within the perimeter as the nearby shadows left their side to hide within the depths as far as they could...

On his left forearm, beneath dirt and cloth, the new rune pulsed.

The Rune of Antioch.

The Elder Wind God's benediction.

It beat once like a second heart.

The Immortal King exhaled.

And the dead desert air… moved.

Not naturally.

Not randomly.

With obedience.

A ribbon of blue wind slid around his ankles.

Then another.

Like a pair of perfect wind legs armor... a spiral—clean, silent, razor-precise.

Kasha's wings trembled as invisible currents began to slice the light itself into thin strips from her vision, even her gear began to sense a terrible gap as it sent brain waves to her warning her to fly as far away as possible.

Rakull's iron flesh hissed—wind pressure carving microscopic scars across his bindings slowly carving away pieces of his flesh.

Elyn's warp-thread stuttered.

"No… no no—this is not normal aerokinesis arts… This level is unheard of even in the old myths..."

Her voice cracked. The immortal King whispered to them as he took a few steps back for a split second.

"Welcome in my authority."

The Immortal King lifted his hand.

This time, he didn't tap.

He pointed his finger.

"Enough."

The wind snapped.

A pin-point gust—compressed into a needle—shot forward and punctured the ground between the three hunters with extreme precision.

The resulting blast didn't explode outward.

It imploded.

A vacuum spear.

Their bodies jerked toward it as if gravity had become a hook.

They bled again—eyes, ears, skin—pulled by invisible pressure.

Kasha gritted her teeth as she cried from the pain trying to flee the attraction effect.

Rakull roared out of rage grabbing the inner edge of the punctured soil beneath his feet.

Elyn screamed in total dementia as her cursed mana pupils saw the rampant blazing levels of aura emanating from the sudden glyph activation of the Immortal King.

The King stepped forward through the storm he had commanded, calm inside a hurricane.

"A weakness you say?"

His voice was quiet.

"I have so many weaknesses but running away from chaos isn't one."

Through Rakull's left-eye feed, the Twelve watched the battle in glorious clarity.

The orbital lounge glowed with neural-stream overlays and aura-profit graphs.

Ezarion leaned forward, amused.

"He's adapting ! And this new glyph !!! BRING US the best myths experts we need to analyze this NOW!"

One of the Seats chuckled.

"He always adapts. That's why he's worth so much for us all."

A waveform spiked as the Wind Rune awakened.

"It was time he released more of his new fond powers... I think i know where he is tapping it from..."

They drank the combat like wine.

And below that feed, a second stream played.

////

Varnex walked through the burning districts like a man touring an investment property.

Around him, twenty Sentinel Aura-Enforced soldiers moved in perfect synchronization—blue tunics glowing, eyes lit like cold stars.

One by one…

The Black Gods began to choke in front of their blatant overpowered abilities.

Luxaria's blade-song faltered for the first time as sealing glyphs wrapped her all around her ankles, dragging her motion into an halt.

Mir'tek's time-field sputtered—his loops collapsing under a higher, colder law as time glyph began to form surrounded by a group of enchanted sentinels.

Bram roared, smashing entire blocks—yet the prison walls of runes rebuilt themselves faster than he could destroy them.

Zerull screamed the most as the seal tried to lock onto his ninth-life protocol.

Varnex lifted his hand, savoring the sound of his agony as his flesh tried to rewrite and adapt to the time sealing glyph...

"You wanted freedom."

His voice was almost tender.

"Now you get eternity."

The Twelve seats laughed overhead.

The city below died by the thousands.

And in the orbital lounge, the aura-stockpile counter climbed.

BACK TO SEDERIS — REAL TIME

The Immortal King's wind spiraled tighter.

His ragcoat fluttered like a torn banner from an age that never ended.

Kasha's wings flickered, struggling against the wind currents that cut down her wings of light.

Rakull's bindings creaked under pressure, his hatred boiling as the punctured soil began attracting his mass within the no ending hole falling into dark depths.

Elyn forced one more warp—her last clean 1.7 seconds— has her eyes starts crushing from the raw energy she exiged into reality, voice breaking:

"Rakull… NOW!"

Rakull lunged as he tored his head from his torso launching it at light speed towards the king as she reshaped his body from his head moving like a meteor towards him.

The world bent—

And the Immortal King tapped his new wind legs like a blade.

A pin-point gust sliced between them.

A divine whisper.

A single, perfect correction.

Rakull's meteor strike was put on halt for a split second as he damned him, He punctured a clean strike through the entire body of rakull shattering his brain and vertebral column into dust...

The remains where pushed back and splashed against the walls of the forgotten ruins.

Elyn's brain disconnected from her magic as she overdosed down bleeding into the sand.

The King stood at the center of the storm as he saw Kasha flee into the distance. he slightly touched his hips where Rakull and Kasha had landed their strike.

"It's been a while since i bled.."

His eyes lifted toward the ruins behind them, toward the direction of the hidden tower and the sleeping girl.

"You're hunting me for vengeance or for orders ?"

His voice was low.

"hunting me means hunting what I'm protecting."

Rakull head was partially regenerated from the divine strike, as he whispered to him

"Good.. for a moment there i thought we had failed twice... So she is there aswell..."

Kasha's wings reformed slowly, her halo enforced a signal in the galleries towards the surface.

*"SIGNAL FOUND, ORBITAL PIN POINT ANNIHILATION TRANSMITTED EVACUATE THE PERIMETER!"

Rakull continued before dying...

"Then we won't stop hunting you... immortal freak... You and all who made you believe you were once fighting for peace... Aah your blood was like divine..."

The immortal king erased his head completly as he one tapped it like a ball into a wall with his feet. Mid air he grabbed his eye streaming from his disintegrated skull.

Sssrzzch*

He proceeded to crush it, ending the stream back to the Gorgon HQ. Walking back to the gate as he arched his back and yawned.

"So this Antioch wasn't lying... this energy seems so familiar..."

Above, the Twelve leaned in anger slamming their hatred to this being out of their reach.

Ezarion switched the obsidian table to a new feed. They began laughing again and bidding on his survival, watching their holographic table display the pin pointed coordinates. 10km away, their flock of 100 Orbital war planes was flying over. The aura-enhanced aircraft had left Ber'Herek's military airport 1 hour since the beginning of the stream.

"Do not fear boredom my dear collegues for Annihilation awaits our ennemies..."

They were now hovering over the Desert of Sederis, all orbital cannon ready and aiming to the locked coordinates.

Below, the wind screamed. As the sand danced within the winds of the night.

And Sederis—ancient, wounded, and awake—prepared to witness another war worthy of its grave.
