Chapter 55 - #55 Gogeta:-(goku's daddy)

A decision had been made — Fusion! To become a stronger warrior.

"Let's go, Kakarot." Vegeta didn't bother saying more. He just moved a little away from Goku, preparing himself.

Goku grinned. He didn't ask questions either. Both of them already knew what to do.

Bardock stood still, watching. He wasn't afraid of Fusion — not at all. In fact, he was looking forward to it.

Fusion, huh? Even if they combine, I won't be the one falling behind. But this is a good chance. Gogeta, the so-called strongest warrior across dimensions… I want to see just how strong he really is.

His fighting spirit burned. What came before was just warm-up. The real fight was about to begin.

Goku and Vegeta shouted together—

"Fuuuu-sion—HA!!!"

Their movements were sharp, perfect, and as their fingers touched—

BOOOOM!!!

A massive flash of white light shot into the heavens. Divine power erupted like a storm, shaking the entire Earth. The shockwaves spread across the universe.

Inside the light, their bodies and souls fused. Their ki didn't just rise—it broke limits, climbing past the eighth dimension, rushing into the ninth, and beyond.

At Capsule Corp, everyone was blown away by the power.

"W-Wait! Did Dad and Goku just… fuse?!" Trunks clenched his fists, eyes burning with excitement. "Fusion!!"

Beerus' expression hardened, his tail flicking. "This power… it's not beneath mine. Tch. Those two brats…"

Whis smiled knowingly. "My, my… Lord Beerus, you seem nervous. Surprised?"

Beerus smirked. "Heh. They always find a way to shock me. That's fine. Makes my job easier."

Far away, even the Grand Priest was watching.

"Hoh? Future events appearing early? Interesting… Bardock's interference really is changing things. But this may work to my advantage."

Back on Earth, Bardock's eyes narrowed as the light began to fade. The air itself trembled. Divine music seemed to echo through the skies, announcing the arrival of a new warrior.

The beam split apart—

and standing there was Gogeta.

He wore his orange and black vest, his aura sharp and confident. Even in his base form, the pressure rolling off him was insane—enough to rival Bardock at full power.

Bardock smirked. "Not bad. You didn't disappoint me."

Gogeta crossed his arms. "Sorry to keep you waiting. Goku and Vegeta are gone for now. Your opponent—" he smirked—"is me."

Bardock laughed darkly. "Good. I've been itching for a warm-up since my fight with Beerus. Show me what you've got."

Gogeta's eyes flashed. "Careful what you wish for. If you underestimate me like you do Goku and Vegeta, I promise—you'll regret it."

With that, he vanished, the ground exploding beneath him. In an instant, he was on Bardock, his fist crashing down like thunder.

CRAAASH!!! The earth split open. The air turned to fire.

But Bardock caught the punch with one hand. Effortlessly.

Gogeta's eyes widened. That was a Super Saiyan-level blow—stopped cold. But instead of despair, his lips curled into a grin.

"Heh. Now this is getting fun."

Bardock sneered. "Your Fusion power… it's not bad. But to me, it's nothing."

He flicked his arm, tossing Gogeta high into the sky.

But Gogeta flipped midair, stabilizing instantly. His aura flared. Golden sparks danced around him as his power jumped—

"HAAAAAA!!!"

His ki skyrocketed—three times higher than before. Super Saiyan Gogeta was here.

Bardock grinned wider, his fighting spirit blazing. "Good! Show me everything you've got!!"

Bardock smirked. "What's wrong? Not going Super Saiyan?" He could see right away that Gogeta was holding back.

"Tch! No need for that! I'll take you down as I am!" Gogeta's eyes lit with fiery spirit as he launched forward, fists blazing.

His attacks flowed perfectly—mixing Goku's Turtle School style with Vegeta's royal technique—creating something brand new. A flawless balance of offense and defense.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Explosions echoed through the sky as the two clashed, shockwaves tearing through the earth. This fight already far surpassed Bardock's earlier battle with Goku.

Unlike Goku's Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-ken, which burned power recklessly, Gogeta's fusion made his energy refined, efficient. Every strike carried precision, every movement closer to perfection.

Bardock fought back with ease, but even with his overwhelming base power, he couldn't simply crush Gogeta. The battle was even, their speed and force shaking the sky as they darted between the earth and heavens like lightning bolts.

At Capsule Corp, the spectators were in awe.

Trunks clenched his fists. "That's Dad and Goku's fusion…! He's incredible! Our fusion with Goten isn't even close to this level." His eyes burned with admiration.

Future Trunks watched too, filled with hope. They can win… I know they can!

Beerus watched with arms crossed, eyes narrowing. "Hmph. After fusing, those two fight like a completely different person. The style's getting close to a god's way of fighting…"

Whis chuckled softly. "Oh? Could it be Lord Beerus thinks Gogeta might already be your equal?"

Beerus snorted. "Don't get carried away. He's strong, I'll admit that. Strong enough to be a decent training partner. But beat me? Not a chance."

That statement, harsh as it sounded, was actually a huge compliment. Not every God of Destruction in the multiverse was even worthy of training with Beerus. Gogeta's strength had already surpassed most.

Still, Beerus' golden eyes flicked back to Bardock. But that one… he's different. I can't see through him at all. Gogeta may be strong, but… I doubt he can win against Bardock.

Back on the battlefield, the fight only grew fiercer. Bardock pushed 70% of his normal power, while Gogeta tapped deeper into the energy left unblended inside his fused body. Each punch, each kick refined him more—his strength and speed evolving mid-battle.

Bardock noticed. "So… you're growing as you fight, huh? Good. Makes this more fun."

Then, his expression hardened. "Enough warm-up."

BOOOOM!!!

Bardock unleashed his full normal power. The explosion of energy blasted Gogeta backward, forcing him to skid through the sky, teeth clenched against the crushing pressure.

"Th-This is your real strength…?" Gogeta's body trembled under the invisible weight. His breathing grew short. Bardock's base power alone felt like a mountain pressing down on him.

Bardock's eyes narrowed. "You forced me to go all out in base. That's impressive. But if you don't transform… you won't stand a chance." His aura surged like a tidal wave, crashing into Gogeta. Invisible shockwaves hammered him from all sides, sending him flying.

The pain ripped through Gogeta's body, but instead of fear, he grinned. Blood dripped from his lip as he wiped it away. "Heh… That's what I wanted. This is a real fight!"

He clenched his fists, golden sparks already sparking from his body. "Fine then… you'll get it. Super Saiyan!!!"

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Golden light erupted, piercing the heavens. His aura blazed like wildfire, shaking the earth, rattling the universe itself.

Gogeta transformed into Super Saiyan Full Power, his energy skyrocketing. Lightning wrapped around his golden aura as the ground cracked beneath him. The shockwaves spread across the stars.

Bardock narrowed his eyes, unimpressed. "This is it? Still not enough to make me transform."

Gogeta smirked. "Arrogant as ever. Let's see if you're still smiling after this!"

The two locked eyes. Sparks exploded between them as their auras collided, tearing open the battlefield with raw pressure.

"Tell me something before we continue," Gogeta said suddenly. His tone grew serious. "Who are you really? You're no dark Saiyan. Your ki doesn't feel twisted or evil. So… what are you?"

Bardock grinned wickedly. "Beat me, and maybe I'll tell you."

"Then get ready, old man," Gogeta cracked his knuckles, aura flaring like a storm. "Because I'm gonna knock the answer out of you!"

The skies darkened. Thunder raged. Gold lightning split the black clouds as the two warriors powered up to their peak.

Then—

CRAAAASH!!!

The battlefield lit with golden and white light as Bardock and Gogeta slammed into each other once again, faster, harder, and more destructive than before.
