He said and they followed his instructions accordingly.
Zhi Yong glanced at him with excited eyes thinking that it would be something new while Lee He Song was trying to sense more of the Five-Element Qi from the Five-Element Stone.
Lin Xuan Qi proceeded with his next instruction, "Breathe in deep, activate your dantian, direct whatever you got into your five organs.
"Let in whatever you sense from the Five-Element Stone into your dantian."
He glanced at them and hoped for the best.
