Well, I have a few more things to say besides a clumsy greeting. First off, as (I imagine) most of you have seen, I commissioned a cover for the fanfic. If you haven't seen it yet, I've posted a link in the comments at the beginning of Chapter 1. It's truly beautiful; it was made by my dear friend Shirou(Twitter: He is a very talented artist, and I hope to keep working with him in the future. I'd appreciate it if you could check out his work (he does Shadow Slave NSFW, so that might interest you).
Besides this cover, I commissioned two more pieces from Shirou. One isn't related to Shadow Heart but to another upcoming project that I'll explain in a moment. The other piece will be for Shadow Heart and it will be NSFW—it'll be related to one of the scenes I've written. I haven't fully decided which one yet, so I'm open to suggestions! I might go with the most requested one for the final decision.
Regarding the next announcement... I'm going to take a break. Please don't hit me! Now, seriously, it won't be a long break—just a few weeks that I need to take for myself. These past few months have been nothing but writing smut, and... I've grown a bit tired of writing only porn. I want to tell a story too; I really do! I hope to write more complex and realistic chapters like the ones with Morgan, or alternatively, shorter and lighter transitional chapters with maybe just a bit of smut. But I need a rest from this. That said, it's not like I'm stopping writing; in fact, quite the opposite...
Next announcement: with the help of my editor, I'm announcing that I'm going to write—sigh—another fanfic. It will have its own cover, which I've already commissioned. I'll be working on that while I get a change of pace. It will be a Cassie x Sunny fic. Wait! I know what you're thinking—no, Fluffy Shadow is not being replaced. This is just something I've wanted to do. It'll be set around Volume 10, after Ariel's game, where Nephis kicks Sunny into the doghouse after their argument. I won't go into details so I don't ruin the experience, but I hope to launch it as soon as possible.
Some of you might still feel skeptical about Fluffy Shadow, but I'm working on it. It's moving slowly, but I truly hope to bring you what's coming for the fic soon. I have plenty of ideas to keep writing; you'll have me around for a while. The next short fanfic I write will probably be a Revel one—that much I can say. I have many more ideas, some more solid and structured than others, but I'll give my best to keep feeding this community. Thanks for reading.
