42. "MEMORIES"
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice if you don't remember how it feels to be loved by me, I'm waiting for you on the other side of this stick. You can grab my hand if you need something to hold on to, I can give you hope if you give me the benefit of the doubt because my love is pure.
If all the memories of 2023 are too old for you to remember them and if the moments that we shared in 2024 are starting to get blurry in your eyes, we can create new memories if you're willing. I know you don't want me to keep you in the past forever, and I don't want you to forget me, so we can start all over again.
We can talk in the middle of the night if you can't recall the long calls we used to have and I can show you something if you can't remember how my body looks, all I'm trying to say is that I'm willing let the old memories go only if we create new memories.
We're different people from the 19-year olds we were when we started but I still got the same heart that you taught how to love, I still got the same eyes that you used to look into and you still got the same smile that I would lose myself into.
43. "SOMEWHERE IN FUTURE"
You once said that you would love a night where it would be our special night. You said that I would fetch you at 7pm, your sisters would open the door and I'd be holding your roses until you come. I remember it word-for-word, you said that you would later come to the door in your black long dress and heels.
You manifested it somewhere in the past and I will bring it to life somewhere in the future. When that night comes, I will bring stars to your feet and light up the full moon so bright, I'll even hold your hand while I drive to the restaurant.
I'll open the door for you to walk in, we'll be directed to the table under the reservation of our names and we'll click glasses to the best night of our lives. That night will be flawless, you spoke it into the universe somewhere in the past and I will bring it to life somewhere in the future.
