As Yuuki's words fell, a half-black, half-white figure emerged halfway from the ground.
"Hello, Fifth Hokage, we meet again! I didn't expect you to actually cooperate with us!"
It was still White Zetsu, the "Hello" guy, who spoke first.
Black Zetsu, on the other hand, looked utterly speechless at Yuuki's exaggeration, as if to say, "Do you really think I believe you?"
Strongest Ninja of Konoha?
Not to mention that one of them was old and the other young, yet both looked extremely weak.
How could you have the nerve to hype them up as the Strongest Ninja of Konoha?
Completely unwilling to engage with that topic, Black Zetsu changed the subject.
"Is this why you wanted White Zetsu, to stimulate that child into awakening his Mangekyo Sharingan?"
After Black Zetsu finished speaking, he felt his tone was a bit harsh and immediately added,
"There isn't much White Zetsu left. Under normal circumstances, it shouldn't be consumed so easily."
Not much left?
Is the next sentence going to be, "There's only about a hundred thousand left"?
Yuuki, knowing what White Zetsu was, didn't care at all about consuming it. However, he wondered who Black Zetsu learned to treat him like an idiot from.
In a flash, Yuuki remembered how he had just praised Hiruzen Sarutobi and Uchiha Itachi.
It didn't seem like a big deal for Black Zetsu to turn around and praise White Zetsu.
So, I started it?
Yuuki shook his head inwardly. Impossible. What I said was clearly from the heart; both of them truly were the Strongest Ninja of Konoha.
There was no intention of flattery at all.
Although Black Zetsu had many schemes, he wasn't very good at conversation and his words weren't pleasant to hear. Yuuki didn't want to get too involved with someone who spoke so unpleasantly.
He directly asked his question.
"Is there any connection between the Mangekyo Sharingan's genjutsu, Tsukuyomi, and Infinite Tsukuyomi?"
After hearing this, Black Zetsu's eyeless eyes narrowed. It was the first time he had heard of a Mangekyo genjutsu called Tsukuyomi. He asked, half-puzzled and half-certain,
"That child just now?!"
Yuuki nodded slightly in affirmation.
Black Zetsu pressed again,
"Your changes just now were because of Tsukuyomi, right? Can you describe in detail what this jutsu is like?"
Yuuki responded with a smile,
"Of course, no problem."
He then recounted some of his experiences in the Tsukuyomi world. As for whether revealing this would cause trouble for Itachi...
As someone who had personally experienced the Tsukuyomi genjutsu,
Yuuki pretty much understood its function. In battle, it mainly inflicted massive spiritual damage.
However, Yuuki felt that this wasn't Tsukuyomi's true purpose. Such an advanced genjutsu seemed too wasteful to just use for fighting.
He hoped Itachi could develop its functional aspects more. After all, it was a whole world, even if it was illusory. To only use it for fighting was too much of an overkill.
For those who could be harmed by Tsukuyomi, Itachi might not even need to use his Mangekyo Sharingan to deal with them.
And for those immune to Tsukuyomi, knowing or not knowing information about it wouldn't make much difference.
Ultimately, Yuuki revealed almost all the information about Tsukuyomi without reservation.
After listening, Black Zetsu was 100% certain that Tsukuyomi was a simplified version of Infinite Tsukuyomi. Although there was a world of difference between them, their core was the same.
Both involved constructing an illusory world within one's mind.
This batch of Uchiha seemed to be of unusually high quality. Black Zetsu had seen quite a few Mangekyo Sharingan.
Throughout the Uchiha Clan's nearly thousand-year history, the Mangekyo Sharingan was really not a rare item.
The Eternal Mangekyo was.
However, the genjutsu of these current Uchiha individuals were one more peculiar than the last.
Obito's Kamui, Itachi's Tsukuyomi, and Yuuki's unknown genjutsu that seemed to directly harm the soul and replenish visual prowess.
There was also Uchiha Shisui, whose genjutsu was mysterious and likely not simple either.
Aside from Shisui, the genjutsu of the other three were, in Black Zetsu's knowledge, all extremely rare and powerful.
If Black Zetsu hadn't been clearly aware of Madara's time of death, he would have truly believed that Yuuki or Itachi were the reincarnation of the new Indra.
He sighed inwardly, but his mouth couldn't stop. Black Zetsu still offered his insights.
It was all information that wasn't of much use, but it could save face, so why would Black Zetsu refuse?
"Infinite Tsukuyomi is like a further extension of Tsukuyomi. The 'infinite' refers to two things: first, an infinite number of targets, and second, infinite time. Unlike Tsukuyomi, it no longer has time limits. The affected individuals can live a perfect life within the Infinite Tsukuyomi."
Yuuki, who was equally unconcerned about this, then asked,
"What about the consumption of visual prowess?"
