Prophecy magic, compared to Teyvat's ordinary seven-element attack magic, has always been a mysterious law mastered by only a few.
From predicting whether it will rain tomorrow to predicting the time of a civilization's destruction.
This is a power that observes the world's fate lines invisibly, observable only by the greatly capable.
Originally, Mona was a Traveler on the path of a destiny observer.
Following in the footsteps of her mentor, she vowed to become the greatest Astrologer in the world.
However, due to an encounter involving love, her own destiny was changed by someone from outside the long river of fate.
Jack, the Traveler, the Transmigrator, and also a Creator.
His destiny is intertwined with countless lines that transcend the scope of Teyvat's destiny observation.
Observing his destiny is tantamount to suicide; the immense data volume is enough to destroy the world's best Astrologer countless times over.
Jack's future cannot be observed, nor can his destiny be predicted.
Therefore, he, being outside the long river of fate, can also change all those destinies that were once predetermined.
...
One night, five days later.
Teyvat's sky was dotted with stars, a false night sky enveloping the Seven Nations.
Only in certain places, under the Creator's protection, could one see the truly vast and boundless sky.
Under the Sacred Sakura Tree, there were three groups of people.
Mona and Lisa, these three, as the maintainers of the Starshine Prophecy Magic, would deliver an invitation to the Sacred Sakura Tree, addressed to the future.
Yae Miko and Raiden Ei performed the Kagura ritual, using dance to tell the Sacred Sakura Tree that this invitation was safe and harmless, asking it to accept.
The remaining Jack was the inviter, waiting for the prophecy magic to descend before presenting that invitation to the invited party.
"The hour has come!"
Mona observed the celestial phenomena, her solemn voice echoing all around.
Lisa activated the Ley Line energy, resonating with Mona's Starlight Magic. Instantly, the area around the Sacred Sakura Tree glowed brightly, as the pre-buried magic circles burned with Star Energy Fluid.
Buzz~
Buzz buzz~
Wave after wave of energy spread from beneath the Sacred Sakura Tree, causing the hair of everyone present to float unnaturally.
But no one paid attention to that.
Everyone focused their attention on the Sacred Sakura Tree, praying that this "energy," which was at the same frequency as when Jack completed the ritual, would be received by it.
It must succeed!!
The two witches, their honor on the line, held their breath, maintaining the elemental power of the magic circle without the slightest fluctuation, precisely like drawing silk, causing the two-colored elemental power of lightning and water to form a beautiful light band around them.
Thump!
Suddenly, a dull sound echoed.
"What was that?"
Jack punched the Sacred Sakura Tree.

The words 'Damage Immune' appeared on the Sacred Sakura Tree.
Just as everyone was puzzled, the leaves of the Sacred Sakura Tree began to glow with a pink light.
"The link succeeded?! What… what's going on?"
Mona was a bit bewildered.
She and Lisa had spent most of the day calculating and engraving the magic circle, preparing to link with the Sacred Sakura Tree to contact the two beings buried deep within the ley lines.
They had thought it would all fail, but then Jack punched it, and it worked.
This was simply not magic!
"My dear, how did you do that?"
Lisa also voiced her question.
Jack shrugged and said, "You know, I have the ability to sense the emotions of plants and animals. Although this Sacred Sakura Tree's true spirit isn't strong, there's still a very slow emotional manifestation."
"Just now, my 'intuition' told me it was sleeping, so I kindly woke it up. Then it noticed the 'food' being brought to its mouth, and that's why it ate your ritual bait, Mona."
"A tree… sleeping?"
Mona felt her understanding of magic shattering.
"It's just a metaphor. A tree's sleep isn't the kind of state humans imagine."
Jack's explanation didn't satisfy Mona, causing the Astrologer to pout.
Lisa, however, didn't pay much attention to this, stating directly, "So, we can proceed to the next step now, right?"
"Yes, that's right. Let those 'two' come out. I'll personally deliver the invitations to them."
One sentence made all four of them tense.
Mona and Lisa were nervous because it was their first time performing such an original magic, and in such an important setting, they were naturally a bit anxious.
The other two, Yae Miko and Raiden Ei, were purely a mix of longing and fear.
Longing for the long-awaited loved ones they were about to see.
Fear that when they met again, they would no longer be the familiar figures they once were.
Jack saw the complex emotional changes within them, walked over, and embraced both of them, one on each side, saying softly.
"Don't worry, Makoto and Fox Saiguu will be fine. I've got this!"
Jack rarely made promises.
But when he spoke, he acted; when he acted, he achieved results.
Raiden Ei quietly looked at him, leaning wholeheartedly on this man's shoulder.
Even if her sister didn't return, she still had him. Whatever the outcome, it was far better than those agonizing 500 years.
"Mm, my husband, I believe you."
Raiden Ei placed her hand in Jack's palm.
"What's this? You only know how to comfort Raiden Ei. Don't you know I'm very nervous too?"
Yae Miko discontentedly offered her hand as well.
This time, she wasn't in a playful mood; her captivating eyes were filled with fear and unease.
Jack chuckled and kissed her cheek.
"I know, my dear Miss Fox. Please witness with me the return of old friends!"
...
Inside the Sacred Sakura Tree.
A void and mystical power descended straight from the peak of Mount Yougou, reaching the intricate root system of the Sacred Sakura Tree.
This wasn't enough!
The power continued downward, directly piercing the most fundamental part of Teyvat—the ley lines.
Two ethereal, as yet formless souls were enveloped by this power.
Then, miraculously, as if transcending time and space, they regained their original forms.
One was ninety-nine percent similar to the current Narukami, and the other had white hair and nine tails, the former High Priestess of Narukami Shrine.
Their eyes were blank and lifeless, drawn by this magical power, continuously ascending along the direction from which it came, higher and higher, until they soared into the clouds, appearing before the fox-carved trunk of the Sacred Sakura Tree.
Plop!
Tears fell.
The two translucent soul bodies before them ultimately touched the hearts of Raiden Ei and Yae Miko, and tears dripped into Jack's palm.
He had, after all, caught their unease for them.
Jack stepped forward, gently reaching out to touch Raiden Makoto and Fox Saiguu.
Under everyone's gaze, his hand passed directly through the two, and then he fell into a daze.
"Eh? Raiden Ei, why is our husband standing still?"
Raiden Ei frowned, and after careful observation, she finally confirmed: "He should have entered a place similar to my Plane of Euthymia. Right now, it seems he's… communicating with Makoto and Fox Saiguu?"
