Then, Kim abruptly told Elena about the death of his father... that he had killed him... everything.
Kim advanced toward her sister. He realized that the reason her hand was severed was due to her own skill, as her fingers were not sharp enough to cut flesh. He reached for the Book of Sin, intending to use it, but the book refused to inscribe a skill from the sister. He attempted to use the copied skill he had obtained from Raiden (now Lloyd)... it did not work either.
Frustrated, he summoned Lloyd.
"Greetings, my mighty King," Lloyd announced.
"Can you heal her?" Kim asked.
Lloyd informed him curtly that he was strictly in the warrior class. Kim immediately dismissed him.
Kim tried every skill he possessed to heal the sister, but to no avail. He decided instead to strip her of her abilities, rendering them null.
As he moved toward the sister, Elena spoke up, urging caution.
Kim glanced back at her and reassured her: "Don't worry."
He placed his hand over the sister's body... but his hand paused mid-air. He told Elena to warn him if anything unexpected occurred.
When he activated the skill, it was nullified. Kim felt the Book of Sin tremble. A new inscription appeared, but was it truly a skill?
It was the Modification Skill. A screen displaying Kim's abilities popped up—the Modification Skill, which could change the course of things for the primary path. He didn't understand any of it.
"Ah... what is this skill?" Amun asked.
"I don't care," Kim replied.
"But if you copy her power into yourself... you will become like her!" Amun warned.
"Yes... you are right," Kim conceded.
Kim placed his hand on the sister and used the Void Skill. His hand began to vanish bit by bit, turning to ash. He managed to seal her power inside her, but in doing so, he drained all of her energy, meaning she would never be able to use her magic again.
But in the final moment...
It wasn't just Kim's hand that began to disappear...
His entire body started to decay.
