At 9:00 in the evening Deborah was still loitering around Alpha Maxwell's bedroom. Baby Zed sleeping peacefully on the king size bed.
"Aren't you going back to your room now?" Alpha Maxwell asked.
"Why? You want me to leave the room so you can chat with your mistress?" she asked suspiciously.
"You already destroyed my phone. What more do you want?" He responded in an irate tone.
"I know you have a new phone given to you by your grandma. Becca told me about it. Don't worry, I won't destroy the new phone because it was given to you by your beloved grandmother. So go ahead, make a call to your mistress and talk to her. I'm just going to listen here. Rest assured I will not interfere with your conversation. Make that call now because after our wedding you can no longer contact her. I'm just being kind and considerate of you today. So grab the chance before I change my mind," Deborah said in a venomous tone.
Alpha Maxwell sighed heavily. "You really are not leaving my room?"
