Alpha Nelson stared at his grandson. He had a mixed reaction on his face. He couldn't deny the strong pull baby Jacob has on him especially when the baby smiles brightly, raising his tiny hand, trying to reach his beard.
"Do you want to hold him?" Luna Adela offered.
Alpha Nelson shook his head. "Not now," he replied somberly. He meant to scold his son Maxwell for leaving the house without his permission to meet the kidnappers behind his back. But he was greeted by the angelic face of his grandson, cooing at him. The adorable little fellow was slowly erasing the scowl from his face without even trying.
Luna Adela sat on the sofa and continued bonding with her grandson, making silly faces, playing with him, tickling him. Baby Jacob continued cooing, and his contagious baby giggling echoed around the room, melting hearts.
Becca joined hands with her mother in welcoming baby Jacob into the family.
