"Purchase first-generation Super Soldier technology."
A flood of information poured into Nolan's mind.
For a brief moment, his thoughts turned hazy.
This technology came from the Super God Academy. Even as a first-generation system, its scientific depth was immense.
The first-generation Super Soldier enhancement focused purely on genetic optimization, pushing a lifeform's physical capabilities far beyond its natural limits.
Even so, it was no weaker than the perfected Super Soldier Serum.
However, compared to its combat value, the cost and complexity of this technology made it feel… underwhelming.
Still, Nolan had no choice.
The Super God Academy's technologies followed a strict progression. Without these foundational steps, advancing further would be extremely difficult.
"Purchase second-generation Super Soldier technology."
He did not hesitate.
If the first generation was impressive, the second was on an entirely different level.
Second-generation Super Soldiers possessed genetic engines, granting them abilities far beyond normal biology. Flight, elemental control, manipulation of wind, fire, and lightning.
Even their raw physical strength surpassed the first generation by a wide margin.
But the most crucial benefit was something else.
Longevity.
According to the data, a perfected second-generation Super Soldier could live for hundreds, even thousands of years.
In theory, this was the peak of human genetic evolution. It unlocked the full potential of the human genome, elevating the body to its absolute biological limit.
In terms familiar to this universe, it meant becoming something akin to a god.
Like Thor.
But if Nolan mastered this technology himself, he would not simply inherit power like Thor.
He would become something closer to a true first-generation god.
As for third-generation Super Soldier technology…
Strictly speaking, it no longer belonged to the same category.
Because it introduced a completely new concept.
Dark Plane technology.
Even in its original world, third-generation Super Soldiers had crossed into the realm of true divinity.
Unfortunately, with Nolan's current resources, that level remained out of reach.
For now.
Still, second-generation technology was more than enough.
With a genetic engine, his next encounter with Thanos would not end in helpless retreat.
As he was lost in thought, Yandu's voice broke in.
"Mr. Nolan Locke, regarding this battle… every faction on the Ravager homeworld took part. You know as well as I do, most of us are seen as little more than scavengers…"
He did not finish the sentence.
He did not need to.
Nolan smiled.
"Many people may call the Ravagers rats," he said calmly, "but I see warriors among you."
No one disliked being praised.
Yandu grinned, and so did the others around him.
"That's right. We're warriors!"
One of them laughed loudly.
Nolan nodded.
"As for the losses from this battle, don't worry. You all know what Locke Tech is capable of. I won't let any friend who stood with me suffer for it."
That was all Yandu needed.
He smiled, but soon after, his expression turned thoughtful.
This battle would not come without consequences.
The Ravager world would now be in the spotlight.
A band of outlaws had joined forces with Locke Tech to oppose Thanos.
It sounded like a fantasy.
But it had happened.
And when Thanos came for revenge, could they withstand it?
Yandu glanced at Nolan.
Would Locke Tech stand with them when that day came?
Nolan saw through him immediately.
"Locke Tech won't abandon the Ravager world," he said. "In fact, if you're willing, this planet can become our main base of operations in the cosmos."
Yandu's eyes sharpened.
"This will be our frontline against Thanos," Nolan continued. "We'll gather everyone willing to oppose him. Alone, neither you nor I can defeat him. But together… that changes things."
Yandu nodded slowly.
They had already crossed a line with Thanos.
There was no turning back now.
"Then we're partners," he said firmly.
Nolan smiled.
Everything was falling into place.
The Ravagers would buy him time.
And time was exactly what he needed.
If, one day, Thanos gathered every Infinity Stone except the one on Earth and came to finish his plan… only to find Nolan waiting for him, stronger than ever…
That would be interesting.
"In fact," Nolan added, "to strengthen your forces, I'll be releasing a special technology to the Ravagers."
Every eye widened.
They had always admired Locke Tech's products, but this war had shown them true power.
The various Terminator models.
The towering Titans.
The devastating Mjolnir armor.
And above all, the mech Nolan himself piloted.
Terrifying.
That was the only word for it.
That machine had stood against Thanos head-on.
Without whatever power Thanos had unleashed at the end, the outcome might have been different.
"I won't keep you guessing," Nolan said. "For a limited time, I'll make Titan mech technology available. If you're interested, start preparing."
"Those massive war machines?" Yandu asked.
"Exactly."
Nolan nodded.
"Titan mechs are large-scale combat platforms. Their firepower covers vast areas, and they're equipped with cutting-edge weapon systems. They can act as frontline assault units or mobile command centers."
He paused, then added:
"Personally, I recommend pairing them with support units. Alone, their individual combat ability is limited. But in coordinated formations, they're devastating."
Then he smiled.
"Of course, if you can afford it, build an entire Titan army."
His eyes gleamed.
"Trust me. That's what true destructive beauty looks like."
He had already seen it once.
When Titans reached critical numbers, their combined firepower could end wars.
Unless someone like him destroyed the command core directly, a Titan legion was unstoppable.
"How much?" Yandu asked, taking a deep breath.
"Thirty million universal credits."
"Are you insane? That's robbery!" Yandu snapped.
Nolan shrugged.
"I understand, but Titan mechs aren't ordinary goods. The technology, the materials, the production cost… thirty million is already close to cost price."
Yandu did not believe a word of that.
"Twenty million," he countered. "I'll take ten."
Nolan shook his head.
"Sorry. Not negotiable."
Yandu cursed under his breath.
But he had no choice.
Locke Tech held a monopoly.
And after facing Thanos, they needed this power.
"Ten units," Yandu said through clenched teeth. "Deal."
Nolan's smile widened.
Money, just like that.
The other Ravager leaders exchanged bitter looks.
If Yandu bought them, they could not fall behind.
One by one, they placed their orders.
By the end, their savings were gone.
Was it worth it?
Yes.
Off to the side, the Guardians watched in disbelief.
Rocket's eyes practically bulged out.
He nudged Star-Lord.
"Hey… how much do you think my baby is worth?"
Star-Lord glanced at the gun.
"Three thousand credits. Maybe."
Rocket nearly choked.
Three thousand?
He would not sell it for thirty thousand.
And yet Nolan was selling metal giants for thirty million.
Unbelievable.
Nolan, meanwhile, was satisfied.
The deal was done.
His business in the cosmos was complete.
He had fought Thanos, achieved his goal, and made a fortune.
Now, it was time to go home.
Earth was waiting.
And so was Odin.
In fact, Odin had been waiting for quite some time.
Through his power, he knew Thor and Loki had searched across the Nine Realms for him.
They had almost come to Earth.
Only Odin's intervention had delayed them.
But his strength was fading.
His time was running out.
If Nolan did not return soon, he would have no choice but to act.
And that could trigger Ragnarok.
At last, Nolan began his journey back.
After several spatial jumps, he arrived on Earth.
The moment he landed at Locke Tech headquarters, Odin appeared before him.
"Where have you been?"
Nolan smiled faintly.
"Just took a trip across the universe."
