Let's return to Seth and his current situation. Enough spoilers, no more seeing such things
"So, I had Allura join me because I wanted to see if your talent could evolve," Seth said casually while reading a novel with focused attention, with Chu Yin using him as a pillow and resting against him.
"I see… so you want to see if talents can evolve?" She asked with a light smile playing on her lips, to which Seth nodded in confirmation. She nodded with a knowing smile in return, but said nothing further in response, although she couldn't help but shift nonstop and adjust her position repeatedly, as Seth's abs were too hard and uncomfortable to rest on.
In the end, she gave up completely on trying to enjoy sleeping on him. There had to be a limit to how hard one's muscles could be, and Seth's went far beyond that limit.
"Shouldn't we go torture your brother?" She asked suddenly, raising Seth's eyebrow in surprise for a moment.
"Maybe 6 months ago, I would have cared, but he isn't worth my rushing anything," Seth said with complete disinterest while getting up from his seat.
"Where are you heading?" She asked curiously,
"I'm feeling hungry," Seth said simply, walking off with a bored yawn and stretching slightly.
"Wait, before you go, I was wondering… well, would you still love me if I were badly injured?" She asked with a light smile, causing Seth to turn around to look at her directly as she had just cast a spell that detects lies and reveals deception.
"Yeah." He said speechlessly, looking at her like the question was ridiculous, leaving before she could ask any more stupid questions. Chu Yin grinned lightly in satisfaction before she jumped up energetically and, with a flash of brilliant light, teleported away instantly. Where did she appear? All the way in England, where the region around her instantly began to freeze over with supernatural cold.
The debuff from entering another overlord territory suddenly began to take effect on her body… just to be frozen; she let out a soft breath, releasing visible smoke as her very body temperature was reaching a dangerously low level that would kill ordinary people.
"... you came alone?" Stephen teleported in after sensing the intrusion, stunned and shocked to see that she had dared to come fight him all by herself without any backup.
"Since when does one need an army to crush a bug?" She asked softly and dismissively, stepping forward, and instantly, be it time or space, gravity, the fundamental laws of the universe, and so many more abstract concepts, they all began to be frozen solid as a thick layer of ice covered them completely.
"Did you forget, we cancel each other out?" Stephen said with a mocking laugh, unleashing massive flames that clashed violently with her ice. A battle of heat and cold on a catastrophic scale, and he instantly began to get the upper hand and push her back, simply thanks to the fact that his combat power was significantly greater within his own territory.
"Just because my Talent is called Omni Ice, and yours is Omni Fire… it doesn't mean they are equals." She said with a confident grin spreading across her face, Stephen snorted in dismissal, only to pause in growing shock when he saw the flames being devoured greedily by Chu Yin's ice, making them grow stronger and more intense.
"Ice is the strongest element." She said confidently and without hesitation, wasting no time and going all out immediately with her full power. Seeing that overwhelming display of power, Stephen wasted no time and also went all out without hesitation, since he knew she wasn't someone to take lightly under any circumstances… but he froze in absolute shock when Chu Yin, suddenly, appeared directly before him in an instant, seemingly teleporting through space itself… his world seemed to freeze entirely as he saw Chu Yin's stats displayed before his eyes in horrifying clarity.

Her combat power had suddenly jumped up by 1,000 times in an instant, multiplying beyond comprehension. He was sent rocketing away through the air at incredible speed, coughing up a mouthful of blood that sprayed from his lips violently, while his chest, the exact spot which Chu Yin had hit with devastating and overwhelming force, quickly began to freeze over with spreading ice that crept across his skin.
Stephen quickly channeled his flames desperately and with panic, not caring if they burned away at his own flesh and consumed him, and instantly boosted his combat power to not only reach the billions in raw strength, but to trump Chu Yin's overwhelming strength and surpass her…
'How? How is she not facing a debuff?' He thought in growing panic and confusion, looking at Chu Yin in absolute shock and complete disbelief. But even he couldn't use his Omni fire to burn away a debuff from entering another person's territory, so naturally, since they shared the same talent but opposite in nature and application, he didn't even think that Chu Yin had simply frozen the debuff solid and rendered it ineffective.
"So, this is what it would be like to be a UR tier talent." Chu Yin said with a satisfied smirk spreading across her face, as her body absorbed the heat from reality itself, concepts, logic, and everything in existence around her, leaving everything frozen in its wake. Her combat power skyrocketed dramatically and exponentially, reaching the trillions in mere moments.
"You think we are the same? But you couldn't be more mistaken, even amongst SSS tier talents, there are grades and rankings, yours is like mid-tier at best… mine is infinitely close to UR tier." Chu Yin said as all emotions left her face completely, as she became as cold as ice itself. All that energy she absorbed relentlessly and without mercy, she converted into cold energy at its finest and purest level possible.
"You cunt, don't fuck with me!" Stephen roared furiously and with desperation, unleashing the full power of Omni flames at level 5 with desperate intensity and everything he had. He didn't even need to think of what flames to create or what form they should take, for just the flames he created could do it all and accomplish anything he desired.
They all gathered together in a swirling mass of fire, infusing themselves into his body, burning away his flesh and skin without mercy or hesitation, causing his combat power to reach never-before-seen heights that defied imagination and logic. His physical body disappeared entirely from view, turning into a Fire Primordial that blazed with impossible heat and intensity that distorted the air around him,
"What does it mean to control Omni Ice? Freezing, ice, cold, all are within my domain and under my absolute control. I'm the enemy to all energy-based lifeforms, for freezing is simply the absence of energy." She said calmly and without emotion as Stephen found the energy in his form, slowly disappearing and fading away bit by bit. The chilling air absorbed the heat he gave off to make itself colder and more powerful with each passing second.
"You're only making me stronger with every action you take, all energy is the enemy of my Omni Ice, for all energy wants to dance around and move freely in chaos… I simply put a stop to that movement and bind it in place. No matter what ability you want your flames to have, would they ever have the energy to pull it off?" She said softly, walking up to Stephen slowly, who wanted to flee desperately and escape with his life, but found he couldn't move at all or use his authority as Overlord within his territory.
Under Chu Yin's overwhelming ice and absolute power, he was compelled against his will to transform back into his human form and stand still, frozen in place as a statue as Chu Yin stood over him with complete dominance and superiority, looking down at him with cold eyes that held no mercy or compassion whatsoever.
"You disrespected what's mine. I couldn't do much because of the responsibilities of running an empire… well, since Seth is back, nothing is holding me back from kicking your ass." She said calmly and with cold finality in her voice.
Wasn't she overpowered? Yeah, but she quickly had to return back to the Nexus empire before it was too late and the damage took effect. After all, she wasn't a UR tier talent holder, so of course her powers had some serious drawbacks and limitations, amongst which her immunity was nothing before her Ice's full potential and overwhelming strength when unleashed completely.
She instantly fell to the ground hard, grasping at her heart in severe pain as soon as she returned to safety, coughing up some blood that stained her lips red, but she wasn't sad or anything negative, and instead was grinning widely with satisfaction, for she got the chance to see her true potential in action, although she would have loved a UR tier talent instead, this was more then okay with her husband having it.
