Keifer's POV
"HONEY BEE RYDER!! I just gave you one thing to do and you can't even do that! Just a flight! A FUCKIN' FLIGHT!"I told as I had to go to Jay-jay. I promised her that I will come early.
"Keifer it's not my problem that flight is not available and your private jet's pilot is injured." Honey explained.
"Injured? What happened to him?" I asked.
"I don't know, he also has a separate life. I asked him to come and he just said I had an accident I can't come I am sorry. I will probably be there tomorrow please ask if Sir can wait for one night." She explained.
"Call him and tell him to come tomorrow only. I only wait one night." I said.
"I already told him to do that. I know you miss Jay-jay. She ain't gonna die without for just one night." She explained.
"Well, no one knows that." I said.
We both got a car and went to a hotel .
"How many rooms sir? I guess one?" The receptionist asked. He seriously thinks we are a couple? Ugh.. boy you need an appointment with a doctor.
"Two we are not in a relationship. Or even married okay give us two separate rooms." I explained.
"Yes please. Or else his fiance will kill me. Last time she just broke my nose. Now I can't guarantee." Honey said to the receptionist.
He handed us the key cards to our rooms and we went in our separate rooms.
I laid down on the bed. I called Jay-jay.
She picked it up.
"Hello?" She said.
God her innocent voice!
"Keifer?" She said again .
I came back to my senses.
"Hi wifey."
"Is your meeting finished? When are you coming? This Miss Lia is not letting me go to meet even Ci-n. What do I do?!" She explained.
"Who is Miss Lia?" I asked. Yes obviously I can't let her know that Angelo appointed her to go at her house and the fact that I denied miss Lia to let Yuri enter.
"She is- wait you don't remember?" She asked.
I am screwed.
"I don't remember any other woman than you." What else should I even say to save me.
"Stop it. Miss Lia from whose company you bought my engagement dress from. Remember now?" She asked.
"Oh yeah yes. Her name is Lia? I forgot." I said.
"Why what happened? Why is she there?" I asked.
"She says that kuya Angelo sent her here to look after me and Aries because we fight like cat and dog and kuya,mama and tita won't be here. But they are with you right? Why is it that you are coming and they aren't?" She asked.
"Because your mama and tita wanted to be free from you and Aries for a few days and wanted to enjoy their vacation in London. What's why Angelo has to be there with them so that they are safe." I explained.
"Don't say 'your' we are basically married they are your mama and tita too." She said.
"Well,I wanted to tell you one more thing, that I can't come today." I said.
"Huh? But whyy?" She asked worriedly.
"Because every flight has gone and the pilot of my private jet had an accident and will be available tomorrow only so I will come tomorrow to you, but till then take care of yourself." I said.
"Jay-Jay I love you–" she cut me off mid sentence.
"Until scientists find the end of the universe. Yes I know Keifer and I love you too." She said continuing my line.
"Heyy that was my line." I said.
She chuckled a bit.
"Byee take care and please come tomorrow." She said
"Byee." I said.
She honestly makes me feel less worried when she talks to me. I don't know why but I think her voice tone automatically changes when she talks to me. I love you Jay. I love you.
