Chapter 117 - Chapter 118: Lottia: Who are you?

"Hmm?"

The vehicle speeding through the sky had just entered the western part of Liyue when it was noticed by a green-clad young man wearing an Oni mask.

Moreover, that thing was heading straight for the vicinity of Wangsheng Inn.

"Stare~~~" A gaze was cast towards the vehicle in the sky.

Alex, oblivious to this, put away his Baron Bunny. He was now standing before the Geo Archon statue.

After successfully unlocking it, Alex immediately exclaimed, "Yay!"

He left, he left!

After activating the Teleport Waypoint, Alex summoned Baron Bunny again, transforming it into a vehicle. The puppet floating beside him also took a seat on it.

Before, he was on autopilot, going in one direction. This time, he would travel by land.

It was very familiar; heading north along this road led to Stone Gate, and to the upper left of Stone Gate was Rhodeia of Loch's Boss location.

All along the way, the low hum of the engine continued.

People who saw it exclaimed in surprise, wondering if Fontaine's technology had become so advanced. It was a very fast mode of transportation.

Even though the map had become much larger, with many unfamiliar scenes that didn't quite match the game, it was still roughly the same.

Finally, at the junction between Stone Gate and Wuwang Hill, he found the entrance.

Actually, he wasn't afraid of not finding it; if he really couldn't, he could fly in the sky, and looking down from there would make it very simple.

After unlocking the small Teleport Waypoint in the mountains before the Boss, Alex wasn't in a hurry to fight. Instead, he returned to the Teleport Waypoint above Fontaine, then went home to bring the three little ones.

Fussing over each one didn't take him much time in total.

Good, the three Whopperflowers—Pyro, Cryo, and Electro—would be the main DMG dealers.

If he stood there looking silly, he could choose one Pyro Whopperflower, hold it in his arms, and let it charge up to spray fireballs.

The Cryo and Electro elements would provide support, with freezing and Electro-Charged reactions.

Then Alex took out the thunderous pulse - oni's edge twin pistols, currently holding only one.

He'd test if he could use it. At the very least, even with just one pistol, it still benefited from the weapon's attributes.

"Let's begin, everyone!" For the first time, Alex wanted to try fighting on his own.

As for Clorinde, he would call him later when he started farming, taking advantage of his free time.

He needed to improve his solo combat ability and practical experience; he couldn't always rely on teammates, right?

"Swish, swish, swish"

As Alex walked forward, he suddenly noticed that the three little ones leading the way had all stopped at the water's edge.

Alex was immediately speechless. They were still easily soluble in water, getting stuck on water-level terrain, weren't they?

Saying this, Alex picked up the Cryo Whopperflower: "Spray for me!"

Then, the Cryo Whopperflower, held under his arm, developed a light blue shield bar, and then began to spray ice shards from its corolla at an extremely high frequency.

It was completely a Cryo machine gun!

Immediately, a path of ice appeared on the water's surface.

"Hurry!" Alex, carrying the remaining two Whopperflowers, quickly ran. If they waited any longer, the ice would Melt, and they would fall into the water!

After a thrilling dash across the ice path, they finally all made it across.

Alex watched as ripples spread from the farthest upper-left corner. As soon as they touched it, Rhodeia of Loch would appear and summon her companions!

He had to pay close attention to the three little ones' situation, especially since Rhodeia would strip away land, causing the ground to sink.

Well, everything that needed to be prepared was almost ready. Alex walked straight over and touched it.

The next moment, an Oceanid several meters large emerged from the pool.

It floated in the air by the mountainside.

Alex looked, and there was a health bar and a name above it.

Oceanid Rhodeia

Level: 62.

Alright, he was truly fed up; it was level 62 again. He really didn't know how these were designed.

Or perhaps, after he activated it, the monster's level and drops would increase based on his own level.

"Who are you?" The Damselette's captivating voice echoed through the valley.

"Oh?" Alex's eyes widened. This Boss didn't immediately summon and attack; she actually spoke to him. It wasn't what he had imagined.

Seeing Alex remain silent for a long time, still in a state of surprised contemplation, Rhodeia immediately became angry.

"Are you an assassin from my homeland, or someone who dares to disturb the waters of Qingce?"

After speaking, she decisively gathered a water sphere in her chest, then shot it towards a platform. The water sphere smashed onto the platform.

The next moment, as water splashed, two large Hydro Illusory Boars were summoned—which were two boars.

"Envying the forms of living beings, 'Pure Water' can transform into all forms of the wilderness. I shall punish you with this 'Water'!" Rhodeia of Loch said angrily.

So, she summoned boars right away this time? But these two boars are easy to defeat!

"Prepare to spray!" The three Whopperflowers formed a pincer attack, and all their shield bars appeared.

Then, attacks of three different elements furiously targeted one of the boars, aiming to eliminate it first!

"Hydro Baron Bunny!" Alex said, and his Combat Skill transformed into Amber's Baron Bunny, which he then threw forward.

This time, the Combat Skill didn't spit out water bubbles, because spitting them out would be useless; instead, the water bubbles would be absorbed. Perhaps they would even heal the enemy.

And a summon that could attract aggro was its only use now.

Baron Bunny's Dance, click to view.

Alright, now he couldn't be idle either. Alex immediately fired a shot with the pistol in his right hand, and a little purple Electro element DMG appeared.

Then, Alex tried using the weapon skill and found that he could use it even with only one pistol!

So, this was invincible? It was just that he hadn't had a chance to test what effect it would have if two people used it simultaneously.

Perhaps it shared a cooldown? Alex thought that seemed very reasonable.

To Alex's upper left, the heavy armor bunny puppet was still floating. She had also been following the three Whopperflowers, dealing DMG by firing carrot missiles.

Occasionally, when Alex triggered his weapon skill, she would fire additional eight-gate automatic floating turrets.

After all this, the two boars were quickly dealt with by Alex.

Seeing the two boars easily defeated and dispersed, the Oceanid once again gathered water spheres in its chest—this time, two of them!

"The power of 'Water' is to transform into any shape…"

The two water spheres landed on two different platforms. This time, two Crabs appeared, along with two small squirrels.

"Ah, this is a bit tricky now!" Alex frowned slightly. These Crabs were quite annoying. It seemed he couldn't let the Whopperflowers stand still like turrets now.

"All units, mind your positioning!" Saying this, Alex back-jumped and fired, avoiding close combat with the Crabs as much as possible. Without a shield now, their attacks were very annoying.

Seeing the people on the platform easily eliminate the enemies one by one, Rhodeia became serious!

"Terrestrial beings, if they lose their solid ground, will be powerless, won't they…?"

Then, the central platform began to shake! The next moment, it sank into the water.

It was normal, completely unaffected. You sink your part, I stand on mine.
