Killing Boro
A terrifying Air Cannon blasted directly toward Delta, completely scattering the purplish-red laser.
It continued its trajectory, hurtling right at her.
Delta's face was filled with disbelief.
'This guy actually managed to blow away my attack.'
And now, that very same attack was shooting toward her.
She immediately activated her right eye to absorb this strange ninjutsu.
She planned to fire it right back using her left eye.
However, when the shockwave arrived, she realized she couldn't absorb it at all.
Panic instantly set in.
But by this point, it was already impossible to dodge.
Just as she tried to control her drone's core to escape this terrifying impact...
It was too late. The horrifying shockwave completely shattered her drone.
Her hopes were completely dashed. With this, even if she had two other spare bodies, there was absolutely no way for her to revive.
After the shockwave passed, only her fragmented, torn-apart body lay on the ground.
At this moment, Ryōsuke walked toward the gateway passage. This had to be the entrance to the base.
As he walked past Delta, she still had a faint breath left. Her intermittent voice drifted over.
"Who the hell are you? How can you be this strong?"
This terrifying power was practically on par with Lord Jigen. She simply couldn't understand it.
Ryōsuke ignored her and continued moving forward.
There was absolutely no need to pay attention to someone who courted death like that.
Right at that moment, a voice echoed from the entrance of the passage.
"What a terrifying guy. To think you destroyed Delta like this with a single strike."
A burly, middle-aged man walked out.
He stared in shock at the intruder who had appeared before the base.
Although he had always considered Delta a weakling...
...and believed he could easily take her down, it wouldn't be this easy. It would at least take some effort.
This person had completely destroyed Delta's core, preventing her from regenerating. He needed to be extremely careful.
This man was definitely no ordinary person.
Ryōsuke looked at the man who had suddenly appeared. Wasn't this the cult leader, Boro?
If that was the case, then this man deserved to die.
He pulled back his right fist, his muscles tensing, and then violently threw a punch.
A terrifying shockwave instantly surged toward Boro.
Boro's expression soured, and he immediately shifted his body to evade.
Having just seen Delta's miserable state, he knew exactly how powerful this intruder's strike was.
He managed to dodge it by a hair's breadth.
The shockwave slammed directly into the base behind him with a sudden, deafening boom.
A massive crater was instantly caved into the sturdy walls of the base.
Seeing this scene, Boro's face filled with absolute horror. Fortunately, he hadn't chosen to take it head-on; otherwise, even the core inside his body would have been at risk of destruction.
This man was terrifyingly strong.
Ryōsuke, however, looked at Boro with keen interest.
This guy was somewhat capable. After all, even without opening the Eight Inner Gates, Ryōsuke's current strength was already formidable enough.
Being able to dodge that attack meant the opponent had some skill and wouldn't be obliterated in a single punch.
But it didn't matter. He just needed to throw a few more punches.
He then walked toward his opponent again, throwing an explosive punch with every step he took.
Feeling a severe threat to his life, Boro continuously dodged the incoming attacks, his heart trembling with fear.
Yet, despite his relentless evasions, his limbs were still grazed.
His arms and legs vanished in an instant.
It was just that terrifying.
Fortunately, he possessed an immortal body. As long as the core inside him wasn't hit, he could endlessly regenerate his physical form.
He continued to move, dodging Ryōsuke's onslaught.
At this moment, a middle-aged man with white hair and glasses, dressed in black, emerged from the passage entrance.
It was none other than Amado Sanzu. He stared in horror at the fierce battle unfolding ahead.
To think a guy like Boro was actually locked in a bitter struggle.
No, it couldn't even be called a bitter struggle.
This was a completely one-sided slaughter. Boro was scurrying around like a rat.
If it weren't for his immortal body, he would have been wiped out long ago.
'Just who on earth is this intruder?'
Looking around, he finally spotted his daughter.
Her body was torn to shreds, clearly devoid of life. His mind felt like it was splitting apart.
He cried out in agony.
"My daughter!"
Although this cyborg daughter of his had a terrible temper, she was still a substitute for his real daughter.
This bastard actually dared to kill his daughter. Damn him!
Ryōsuke naturally noticed Amado Sanzu as well—white hair, glasses, looking every bit the scientist.
This was exactly the talent he was looking for.
"I'm done playing with you."
"I didn't expect this guy to be as nimble as a rat. I was just enjoying the feeling of swatting a rat, so I played around a bit longer."
Boro's body was currently in an incredibly wretched state, completely stripped of any dignity. That last attack had nearly hit his core.
If his body couldn't regenerate, he would have been dead long ago.
Even though the other party spoke such incredibly disdainful words, he didn't dare make a move.
Just being able to dodge was already a miracle. If he took the initiative to attack, he would undoubtedly be crushed by a counter-offensive.
His opponent's speed was far greater than his own. The moment he launched an attack would be the exact moment he exposed a fatal flaw.
At that moment, nine Truth-Seeking Orbs appeared behind Ryōsuke.
He waved his hand.
The nine Truth-Seeking Orbs shot toward Boro at a terrifying speed.
Boro's expression drastically changed. He only had enough time to shift the core inside his body to dodge the incoming attack.
Although he succeeded, his body was still pierced, leaving nine small holes from the Truth-Seeking Orbs.
But it didn't matter; his body could still rapidly regenerate.
Suddenly, however, he was astonished to find that his body could no longer heal.
It was as if a strange energy was hindering the regeneration in the areas that had been struck.
'How could this be happening?'
At that moment, the Truth-Seeking Orbs struck again. He couldn't dodge them anymore; his limbs completely refused to move.
He was thoroughly pulverized by the Truth-Seeking Orbs, and the core inside his body was completely destroyed.
The Scientific Ninja Tools on his body were rendered useless as well.
He lost his life in an instant.
Seeing this scene, Amado felt a surge of dread. 'How could this person be so terrifying?'
Someone like Boro, who boasted an immortal body...
...couldn't put up a fight at all. It was a completely one-sided massacre. Amado couldn't believe his eyes.
Ryōsuke, however, looked at Amado with interest and slowly walked over.
Amado's face was currently a mix of fear and anger.
He couldn't possibly contend with a monster like this, and running away was useless. He was just a scientist, after all.
Logically speaking, Jigen should have sensed this commotion by now. 'Why hasn't he arrived yet?'
Ryōsuke stopped in front of Amado Sanzu, a smile on his face.
"So? Do you want to submit to me?"
"Huh?"
Amado Sanzu looked astonished. 'What did this guy just say? He actually wants me to submit?' An uncontrollable anger began to rise in his heart.
"You're delusional! You killed my daughter, and you still expect me to submit? Keep dreaming!"
Although Delta wasn't his biological daughter, she was created using half a lifetime of his blood, sweat, and tears. She was practically half a daughter to him.
