When Levi stepped out of the dressing room, he met Vincent leading a small crowd through the floor. All were dressed in expensive suits. A few were the remaining board members, while the others were investors who had come with Vivian and Rebecca Smith's assistants.
Marcus stood apart from the rest, his right hand resting on his cane. To his left was a younger man—a near-replica of his best physical features.
Levi stopped just outside the dressing room door.
Vincent's voice carried down the corridor. "—state-of-the-art production suites on this floor. We've invested heavily in equipment upgrades over the past year, which is why we can guarantee—"
He turned the corner and saw Levi.
The entire group slowed.
Vincent's smile didn't falter. "Levi. Perfect timing." He gestured toward the investors. "We were just showing everyone the facilities."
