Thor is right—Loki's magic is indeed very powerful.
At the very least, compared to others in Asgard who also studied magic, Loki was the best.

With that, everyone watched Thor, shrouded in the Bifrost teleportation array, disappear before their eyes.
"Wow, is that some kind of portal? That's really convenient."
Tony Stark got up and walked over to where Thor had vanished, examining the circular Bifrost mark left on the lawn—it looked like a charcoal burn.
He complained to Su Che: "This guy really has no regard for environmental protection."
"Besides, Su, next time he comes back from that Asgard place, you have to charge him for leaving a mark on your lawn!"
Hearing Tony's words, everyone smiled without comment.
Meanwhile, Natasha Romanoff looked at Steve and said, "I saw you staring at Thor's hammer earlier, Steve. Any thoughts?"
"Not really."
Hearing Natasha Romanoff's question, Steve smiled and shook his head.
But after a moment's hesitation, he added: "I don't know why, but when I saw him take the money from Maria Hill, I kept feeling... maybe it's just his personal habit?"
Steve still couldn't bring himself to speak ill of others behind their backs.
Even though he felt an inexplicable sense of incongruity about Thor.
