It was during their meal that Ning Wei noticed that Feng An Yu had been glancing at his phone a few times. Looking at his serious expression, Ning Wei guessed that the man should be busy with work again.
"Work?" Ning Wei asked, noticing that Feng An Yu was putting down his phone.
"Hmm…" Feng An Yu picked up his chopsticks again. "I need to visit the laboratory after this." He considered calling a driver to pick him up from the restaurant. He did not want to make things difficult for Ning Wei.
"I'll send you to the lab after the meal," Ning Wei offered.
Feng An Yu hesitated. He was going to tell Ning Wei that he planned to call a driver. But then, he realized that riding a bike was very convenient. He has to reach the company as soon as possible, as someone is waiting for him.
"Is that alright?" Feng An Yu asked.
