Ben's sudden entrance made Emma slap her forehead and then rub it to stop the building headache.
But once she realized that it was not going to work out, she turned toward Ben and decided to answer him.
"Sorry, I don't have a solution for this. I guess we would have to meet the demands those people are making anyway in order to get rid of the current problem. Ugh, I did not want to involve others in this mess."
Emma complained as she made a decision.
Their conversation sparked interest in me so I coughed to remind the pair that I was there as well. They looked startled to see me but Emma just sighed as she decided to address me.
"Kyle, sit down. It's time you and Theo know what is going on as well. Ben, would you mind getting Theo for me—"
"I am here as well. I heard my name and decided to come here. Is something the matter?"
Speak of the devil and he shall appear… that was what I felt in my heart as I felt Theo taking a seat beside me.
