It was hard for me to focus on anything at the moment. My body was burning from the inside and I could tell that my heat was going to come strongly if I did not do anything.
A small part of my brain tried to speak up to tell me what was wrong with me, but a bigger part of my brain yelled at me to keep running and that now was not the time.
'What a hassle. What do I do now? I don't think I would be able to defend myself in this state for long.'
I could feel my body shaking and my legs tried to hold my weight, but failed miserably. They were shaking so much that it was difficult for me to even keep myself afloat.
So I dragged my body toward a barely hidden alley and decided to wait my heat out there.
I had suppressants in my system, but I doubted that they would work at this point.
'W-Why did my heat come so suddenly? It's not because of my cycle…'
