### I. The Cave of Shadows

Deep inside a viscous cave whose walls breathe like diseased lungs, devil-green lights reveal mountains of rotting corpses.

Sajjad kneels atop a heap of human flesh, mouth smeared with black blood, while Irdis's shadows laugh from every corner.

- He fires his pistol; bullets shake the place, shredding the shadows to black scraps that re-knit at once.

- The mutated corpses rise one by one, worms spewing from their mouths forming words:

*"Irdis is waiting… Irdis wants you!"*

 The voice makes him dizzy.

He smashes them with the gun, splits them in half; their intestines burst like blood-filled balloons.

After hours of fighting Sajjad drops to his knees, exhaustion gnawing his bones.

He lifts a fresh corpse, rips a bite from its shoulder:

"To silence your voice, Irdis… I'll devour everything!"

Black blood dribbles down his chin—tastes like poison.

His body is painted with the sludge of the shadows he's torn apart. Sitting on their twitching remains, he eats slowly, as if at a restaurant, not chewing a monster. Suddenly his stomach convulses; he bends forward and vomits black.

Raf emerges from the dark, body glowing like a toxic candle.

Raf: "As usual… you came to eat this stuff?" A slanted laugh, like glass crushed under a boot. "We're used to her running from us."

Sajjad wipes his mouth on the back of his hand, yellow eyes shining in the gloom:

"She doesn't run… she retreats to places far from light, hibernates until the next raid." His voice is melt-water under ice—sad.

Raf leans against a wall of bones:

"I know… I was joking."

Sajjad eyes him coldly:

"Right… jokes match your IQ level."

Raf, offended:

"Hey—what do you think you—"

Sajjad takes another bite of shadow-flesh, chewing a bad memory, deaf to the tantrum.

Raf watches, disgusted:

"You're exhausted… but Irdis won't leave you, even if you eat this filth." He lifts a piece with two fingers.

Sajjad chuckles low:

"This filth beats medicine."

*He remembers Irdis's words:*

"Sajjad, you'll return to me sooner or later… however far you run, we'll be one beast again…"

*He thinks:* Damn it…

"No—impossible. If I go back, the Northern Family will use my body for their schemes, and I can't abandon Nizar…"

Suddenly Raf snatches a pink flyer from Sajjad's pocket.

Raf, teasing:

"You bastard! Why'd you steal my ad?!" —comedic tone.

Sajjad reaches to retrieve it:

"Didn't like it—shampoo that looks like your face."

Raf screams like a deprived child:

"What—! You're jealous! I'm prettier than you! Everyone gets something in life—you're rich, I'm beautiful!" *(flips his hair up dramatically)*

Sajjad sighs, world-weary:

"Yes yes… enough vanity. Let's prep for the island."

Raf sways childishly:

"Are we taking Nizar?"

Sajjad stands; his shadow swallows the light:

"No… I'll leave him with Chris."

Raf: "You trust your grandpa—?"

Sajjad: "Of course not. I trust Chris."

Raf: "I don't like Chris—he's not pretty—but better than that ninja at hiding, hehe…"

Sajjad, irritated:

"Instead of talking, blow the place up."

Raf grumbles, raises a hand and yanks it downward. Everything collapses; distant screams of shadows echo as Sajjad razes the cave.

### II. Palace Dressing-Room

A gold-inlaid room, candles flickering moving shadows on black-marble walls.

Riman stands before a tall mirror clutching their marriage papers, muttering:

*"So I really got married without noticing…"*

*"Sajjad said he'd destroy my life… my life's already wrecked—what destruction does he mean?"*

*"Whatever. My task: satisfy the Grandfather, earn freedom for me and Fox…"*

*"Now—back to studying. No time to hesitate."*

The door opens; Dalia glides in, white dress glinting.

Dalia, soft yet firm, twirling her hair:

"Riman, I forgot—come with me to Pedsua Island for the fight, now."

Riman spins, shocked:

"I don't follow. Aren't you the official leader? Why me?"

Dalia folds her arms, blue eyes sharp:

"Yes, but they'll accept you if you retrieve the weapons stolen from Research HQ—ones you don't know about."

She steps closer, whispers:

"This is your chance to become an official Organization captain."

Riman grips the papers tighter, nervous:

"Al…right…" *But I'm weak…*

Fox, uneasy: "Why must we go…?"

Dalia flicks him into the wall:

"Shut it, two-tailed monkey."

"I'm a fox!"

Dalia, serious, smiles:

"I trust you, Riman. Let's go—Pedsua Island."

### III. Foggy Pier – Instant Arrival

Nizar listens; in a blink they're on the island.

Near the pier, thick fog hides everything, footsteps echoing.

Nizar stands center, laughing with fake innocence:

"Delivered you without fatigue! Condition: I escape Chris! Hahaha!"

Suddenly Sajjad ghosts behind, voice cutting fog like a sword:

"Where do you think you're escaping?"

Nizar feigns shock, then sweet-smiles:

"They forced me! Dalia knows!"

Dalia steps forward, eyes glowing through fog:

"You learned to lie—fine, you transported us. Penalty: take me to my battalion instead!"

She seizes his arm like punishment; he flinches.

Sajjad: "Leave him."

Dalia, icy: "You spoil him too much. Wait—Sajjad, you're aiding the State?"

Sajjad, cold:

"Get lost. What I don't get—why follow me?"

Dalia laughs bitterly:

"Oh my heart! Violently… forgot who beat you half-dead as kids? I haven't forgotten your past escapes!"

Sajjad walks off with Raf as if deaf.

Dalia sighs:

"Since we're together, why not fight on the same side this once? Nizar, lead me to my unit—what else is there?"

Raf appears, leans on Nizar mockingly:

"Didn't know Lady Dalia used to break your bones when you were little!"

Sajjad's face flares; he snarls:

"Shut it—better than killing you right now."

Riman blushes, stifling a laugh.

Dalia pats his cheek:

"What a docile child… Nizar, take me to my unit. I'll deploy it here—starting now."

Sajjad calmly:

"Don't tire yourself—they're already here…"

He lifts his hands in a theatrical gesture, devil-smile crawling. Riman freezes.

Fox, stunned:

"Why are their guns aimed at Sajjad?"

Before she finishes, a thunderous voice rips the air behind them:

**"Sajjad… you shouldn't have interfered in Carlos Organization affairs."**

Sajjad doesn't lower his hands; his yellow eyes ignite like death-comets. Recognizing the voice, he knows who's pointing a gun at their heads.

Sajjad whispers, blood-freezing:

"Oh… never expected you to deal with gangsters. You disappoint me."
