After all, if she gives him the pill because she was thinking about the future with him and then he does like those three shameless exes of hers, then it would break her. In fact, she would become a villainous and do things that she didn't want to think about. She was pretty certain about that.
But if she gives him the pill because she was grateful for everything without any expectations, then even if he were to move on, marry someone his age and have a successful career, love and all that, she wouldn't be affected.
