"Alright, can we now please make the binding vow already?" Jasmine said with a tired look on her face. "We've been yapping for too long. I'm too tired. I want to go back to the research institute and get some rest."
"Sure..." Grey replied with a laugh.
Indeed, they had been going at it for a bit too long.
But on the other hand, talking to Jasmine had opened his eyes as well.
So it wasn't necessarily bad.
It was a good thing that he didn't need his heaven-defying comprehension to come to his senses and understand things around him.
"Yes, let's make the binding vow now." Jasmine said with a smile.
"You don't need to do much. Just state the condition out loud. The rest will be handled by the Heavenly Dao."
Soon after, Jasmine began voicing the condition.
"With my presence as proof, I invoke the Heavenly Mandate. I summon the Heavenly Tribulation to bear witness to this binding vow and engrave it upon the laws of heaven and earth."
