"What the hell was that kid?" The gang member said as he rose, hurt but not enough to stop him, "Why? Want some more?" The gang member laughed as he took strides towards the group however Nova was quicker than his strides as she threw a cylinder at him, he caught it, then Kairo's air hit it at great speeds. The canister exploded in his hand. The gang member looked down at his hand, the peeling skin, the charred fingers, and the flesh wounds.
"Well, ain't that something." Aria's fist came flying at him, it was coated in that same valence energy, that purple hue. The gangster barely dodged as a kick swept him off his feet, this time this kick was golden and he smirked as he tried to get to his feet. Aria stood over him and there was a wet crack as he hit the ground. He looked down and Kairo was shocked at the sight, both of his legs broken at his shins.
"Shit." He said as he looked right at Aria, "You think this will stop because I'm done?" He laughed as he sat up, "Either way, whether I'm around to see it or not…" he laughed, "The entire Gravemire area will be ours." Aria shook her head as she walked away, "What a sad, injured man, talking to himself." Aria and Nova started walking away when Lucan spoke, "Shouldn't we like do something?"
"If you are asking whether we should help him, these people aren't our obligation, hell if they die even better." Kairo shook his head and followed the girls down the hallway, they reached a pair of double doors where Aria kicked open the doors as if they were made of paper. Multiple thugs pulled out their pistols however, they were immediately incapacitated by Aria's exploding crystal, 15 of them dropped unconscious.
Outside Lucan gave the nod to the HQ forensic and evidence collection units that swarmed the place.
