Chapter 191: A Welcome Development

After washing up, Yu changed into a dark blue cotton sleeping robe.

He lowered his head, nuzzling her fragrant hair. "Making trouble. What if your adoptive parents discover us?"
"They're long asleep..." Sasuko looked up, breath brushing past his throat, tone carrying small triumph. "I confirmed it before coming."

"Sasuko," he called in a low voice, "I'm sorry for making you wait so long."
"It's okay," Sasuko looked up, gaze soft yet firm. "Understanding Yu's feelings is enough for me. And..."
She blinked slyly. "I can take the initiative, just like tonight."
Speaking, she pressed closer still into his embrace, slender arms encircling his waist. Yu could clearly feel her body's softness and warmth, and that unreserved trust.
Sasuko contentedly nestled against him, the two feeling each other's body heat in the tranquility.
"Yu," after a moment, Sasuko spoke softly again. "Recently you've sometimes suddenly disappeared... are you encountering some trouble?"
Seeing the timing was right, she asked the worry she'd been harboring these past days.
