The next moment, Uchiha Itachi and the other two, under Kabuto's control, launched their attacks on Ashveil.
Ashveil, however, was entirely unfazed, a faint smirk playing across his face.
The moves of the Shinobi world were flashy, indeed, but unfortunately for them, Ashveil had already awakened his Overlord Color Domain.
Overlord Color Domain was a skill far superior to Observation Haki. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that Kabuto's Sage Ninjutsu, which had just sealed the enemies' senses, was completely ineffective against him.
"Kabuto, don't overestimate yourself," Ashveil said, his tone calm yet imposing. "I already mentioned, there's no need to activate Golden Conqueror's Haki to deal with you. Just some Devil Fruit ability will suffice."
With that, he activated his power. A wave of icy energy merged with his Conqueror's Haki, striking the three Edo Tensei shinobi with precision.
"If we're talking sealing techniques, nothing in this world compares to freezing," Ashveil remarked, recalling the Shinobi he had observed in his travels. People who handled Edo Tensei often relied on Earth Style or sand techniques, like Gaara. If Mei Terumi had possessed the Ice Shield Bloodline Limit, its effect would far surpass Gaara's sand.
Kabuto and Uchiha Obito were visibly shocked. The chilling energy was undeniable.
"Can Ashveil actually possess the Ice Shield Bloodline Limit?" Obito muttered, astonished.
Kabuto furrowed his brow, the icy air unnerving him. This freezing ability could suppress his Edo Tensei, a technique he had long considered untouchable.
Sizzle sizzle sizzle, the ice spread across Uchiha Itachi's body.
"Ice Shield, huh, and the release speed is remarkable," Itachi murmured before consciousness slowly faded.
Within moments, all three Edo Tensei were completely frozen. Kabuto gritted his teeth, realizing that Ashveil, this man, knew sealing techniques far beyond expectation. No force he applied could move them.
"How did you pinpoint their locations?" Kabuto demanded, narrowing his eyes.
Ashveil's lips curved into a faint grin. "Ever considered that I don't need my eyes to see people?"
Kabuto's disbelief grew, unsure if this was a unique Ninjutsu or a form of enhanced vision. In response, he formed hand signs and began chanting:
"Sage Art, Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Song!"
A flute appeared in his hands, and music rang out, a sound that twisted the surroundings. Obito, as an observer, couldn't resist its effect and was forced to use his Sharingan to hide in a created space.
Ashveil's expression remained calm. Though the sound was formidable, he activated the Ope-Ope no Mi to create a silent Room around himself, neutralizing the assault without resorting to Golden Conqueror's Haki.
Kabuto's shock deepened. Not only did Ashveil possess multiple Bloodline Limits, he also had mastery over strange, silent Ninjutsu. He was facing an opponent who had anticipated even the terror of sound-based techniques.
Kabuto launched several attacks, yet they were easily blocked by Ashveil's Conqueror's Haki.
"Sage Art: Inorganic Reanimation," Kabuto finally attempted, causing the mountains and rivers around them to animate. Rocks and boulders surged toward Ashveil, each strike equivalent to high-level Ninjutsu.
Obito gasped, astonished that Kabuto could manipulate such large-scale terrain. He expected Ashveil to struggle, but Ashveil merely narrowed his eyes. The display reminded him of Douglas Bullet's Combine-Combine Fruit in the Pirate World.
With sheer force, Ashveil uprooted an entire mountain, crushing the incoming attacks effortlessly. The tremors unsettled the wildlife, and the sky darkened, lightning streaking down to illuminate his striking features.
"Is this man even human?" Obito whispered, mouth forming an 'O' of disbelief.
Kabuto's shock was no less. "Isn't this my Sage Art: Inorganic Reanimation? How could Ashveil even learn it?"
Ashveil's heart brimmed with disdain. Did Kabuto truly believe a mere Sage Mode user could contend with Conqueror's Haki?
As two mountains collided, sending massive chunks of rock tumbling through the air, Obito muttered, "Looks like I'll have to phase again."
Even as a mere observer, he felt the impact of Ashveil's overwhelming power. Kabuto twisted his body to evade debris, his mind racing with disbelief.
