Chapter 36 - Chapter 35

Konohagakure, the largest and "strongest" village in the shinobi world, the first village, the winner of two great ninja wars where it always emerged undefeated against its enemies, now looked very different from what it should be. Flames could be seen in various places while the dark sky gave it a sense that it was fighting the biggest war since its creation.

Many will wonder how many villages it takes to push the largest village into this situation, how many thousands of shinobi had sacrificed themselves to invade, how many dead there are on both sides, which is far from reality, since it is only one person who is invading.

"¡KUCHIYOSE NO JUTSU!".

"¡POFFFFTSSSS….

Three enormous toads and two gigantic snakes rose up in the middle of the village, while on top of them were none other than Jiraiya and Orochimaru.

The latter stared with growing disbelief and a hint of fear at the figure below who did not back down; his face was a sea of confidence and not only that, he destroyed his sensei in a second, an unknown, with no identity other than that he was called Naruto.

"Terrifying, terrifying, terrifying."

Orochimaru gritted his teeth; that boy is strange and dangerous. He has no chakra, yet he has already killed more than 500.

"Surrender and face the judgment of Konoha!"

Jiraiya shouted seriously while clenching his fists.

Orochimaru glanced sideways at Jiraiya; he's an idiot.

Naruto scoffed with his arms crossed.

Naruto: I'm giving you the chance... surrender and I won't kill you, or you can escape like those cowards who did...

Konoha is mine now... - he said with a smile, not at all scared by the summons that for some reason were silent.

Orochimaru cursed, doing that… fleeing meant losing his homeland and status, becoming nothing… which would be very bad in the shinobi world surrounded by dangers and a possible war nearby. Not even he was crazy enough to desert Konoha at this moment… he had to fight or go into hiding like many did in their homes to wait for the outcome, because fleeing Konoha was not an option.

Jiraiya: Enough! Gamabunta, guys, let's gooooo... - he shouted, ordering his summons, but they didn't move, they didn't even respond.

Orochimaru frowned and looked around, only to notice strange spasms in the summons, but they were clearly visible due to their size.

"What's wrong with them?"

Naruto looked away, noticing something flash in his "blind" spot, and calmly watched a sword approaching his face, but the closer it got, the more it began to melt.

Sakumo opened his eyes in surprise, discarding his sword and detonating an explosive kunai.

"¡BOOOMMMM…

Naruto emerged from the explosion and smoke, calmly beginning to dodge the silver-haired swordsman.

Jiraiya and Orochimaru watched as Sakumo led Naruto away from his position and sighed.

Orochimaru: Manda! What's going on?... – he asked his summon while Jiraiya did the same.

"That being is... in tune with the world, terrifying... it's corrupting the very energy around it..."

Manda explained in a broken voice that Orochimaru didn't understand him, nor did Jiraiya understand his summons, but one thing was certain, they seemed to fear that boy.

"¡BOOOOMMMMM….

With Naruto.

He jumped onto the roof when what appeared to be a cell fell from the sky.

"Now....

" Wait... there's something..."

"It's hot... No... Shit...run away..."

"¡BOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM….

The cell exploded, sending pieces flying all over the place and further destroying the area.

Naruto started walking back towards Mount Hokage when two kunai approached at high speed in his direction only to melt midway and fall to the ground.

Naruto sighed.

Naruto: They are very cautious and value their lives… - he commented, mostly to himself, shaking his head.

Naruto: "It's no fun at all if you don't attack and only operate from the shadows. You won't change anything, but what can you expect from someone whose leader is an old man and not a young one? The elderly only hide behind youth and a supposedly superior moral standing. It's foolish to keep them in power; they're useless, and they never leave the past behind. They'll never move forward..." he commented calmly, walking away. He knew they were listening, but he didn't care.

He had stripped the elders of all power in the underworld for this very reason, killing a few while leaving others to live and make his life interesting. After all, it would be boring not to leave some revolutionaries around, believing they'd have a chance in the future. Fools.

Naruto scoffed, those old folks are the cancer of any entity with power... underworld, heaven, Yokai exist everywhere and should be exterminated... they know nothing and with one foot near the grave, they don't care about messing with others, I wouldn't do anything if they didn't interfere with my path, besides, Kunou needs a faction to look down on with contempt.

Naruto smiled, his children… He will test them upon his return, hoping there won't be any mistakes like Rizevim's son whom he killed, his godson… he will also have to make Rizevim have a bad time, no doubt about it.

Naruto walked calmly through the streets, much to the anger of the surrounding ninjas, who were taken advantage of by his sheer confidence and deceptive "vulnerability."

Seventy anbu had already fallen to him.

"¡Clink…

"¡Clink…

The sound of Naruto's metal boots echoed with each step before he stopped when someone appeared in front of him and fell to one knee.

Naruto tilted his head curiously.

"We Aburame surrender, Naruto-sama… We acknowledge your presence as the strongest, and it is illogical to fight against an indomitable force; we would only increase the death toll… I am Shibi Aburame, leader of the Aburame clan… I await your orders…"

"¡Hiiii…

Several more figures appeared kneeling in front of Naruto, who hummed.

Shibi waited for his orders in silence; it was illogical for him and his clan to leave Konoha. If the superiors couldn't maintain it, a change of leadership didn't matter to him... the most important thing was the survival of his clan and the fact that they couldn't be left without a homeland.

"¡FUGAKU NOOOOOO

Naruto heard a scream and moved aside, letting an attacker pass who looked at him with his red eyes as a kunai flew past.

Naruto moved his hand and grabbed the attacker by the neck with a deadly grip and lifted him up.

Several Uchiha approached, led by the elderly Kenji, who was wearing his battle attire.

Fugaku moved his kunai and pointed it at Naruto's face, only for it to slowly embed itself in his forehead when he thought he had Naruto.

Naruto released Fugaku, who staggered backward with a look of disbelief and astonishment as blood began to spurt out like a geyser.

Kenji: Take his eyes… - he ordered one of the Uchiha behind him who did not hesitate and quickly appeared next to Fugaku, gently placing him on the ground, before summoning his instruments to remove his eyes.

Kenji turned his attention back to Naruto, who was looking at him, and knelt down.

Kenji: "We Uchiha followed you. We inform you that the Sarutobi have left the village in the direction of the Fire Capital..." - he said seriously, bowing as the Uchiha who followed him imitated him. They had witnessed everything along the way: the destruction of the Dove Faction, the deaths of numerous ANBU, and the inactivity of the Sannin not far away. This is the winning side of a single person.

Naruto: Hmm… perfect. Does anyone else want to surrender or die? You can also flee the village, I allow it… - he said mockingly to those hiding not far away.

Kenji raised his gaze with the Mangekyō Sharingan shining, two tomoe spinning in reverse… such a sign, his stance was clear.

Some ninjas began to appear, observing Naruto. Not a single wound on him... not even a sign of fatigue. Absolute power. Who is this stranger?

The ninjas knelt one by one while villagers watched everything from their homes through cracks.

Kenji smiled; he appeared in his clan, his daughter helped him… the Uchihas will undoubtedly have a good position even though they were the second to swear loyalty.

Naruto smiled solemnly… neither satisfied nor dissatisfied because he knew nothing about this place and it wasn't as if he felt any kind of attachment, it was just his nature and the fact that he was curious about how they would react upon waking.

Search for the valley of the end.

Far from Konoha, the fighting members of the Sarutobi clan could be seen being escorted by Minato along with some Anbu and Shinobi members who were carrying the unconscious Hiruzen on a stretcher. The group had successfully escaped from Konoha after Jiraiya created an opportunity for them.

Little did they know that they were not being pursued.

Tatsu Sarutobi, the eldest son of Hiruzen Sarutobi and a member of "anbu," grimaced. He did not support fleeing Konoha as his mother and the others chose. They literally surrendered it to the enemy. Those traitorous Uchiha should have fortified themselves and resisted instead of fleeing with their "last" hope.

Tatsu wasn't an idiot; he knew that if his father couldn't defeat the enemy the first time, he wouldn't be able to once he recovered, and it wasn't wise to trust his relationship with the daimyo. The daimyo didn't care about his clan, nor who led Konoha after they served him and cut off the money he sent. For him, anyone could be Hokage, and it wasn't as if his clan was indispensable to Konoha or the daimyo.

They were undoubtedly wrong to run away with him.

Not unlike Tatsu, some of the shinobi accompanying them began to think the same thing. Perhaps they shouldn't have fled Konoha; united they were stronger, and now they were running away.

"What will they do later? Reclaim it?"

A sense of unease and nerves surrounded those present, who didn't know where their future lay. Koharu was one of them. She felt she should have chosen to convince Hiruzen to wait for Kushina, the jinchuriki, to return with them instead of immersing herself in all of this. Early this morning, she had been calmly drinking tea and heading out to suppress the Uchiha clan to further consolidate Hiruzen's position, only to lose everything in a few hours to an unstoppable force. And those Uchiha clan members she tried to suppress turned the tables, chasing them to the gates of Konoha and watching them flee like dogs.

Koharu felt a pain in her heart; things weren't supposed to be this way. Today should have been a day like any other for them.

"Stop! We're far away and it's going to rain, let's go camping."

One of the jōnin sarutobi declared, with those present nodding, looking at the gray sky that seemed to accompany them in their loss.

Minato sighed, looking in one direction.

Minato: Kushina… - he thought of his "comrade" whom he left with a heavy heart, but more important was the life of the leader of Konoha, he hopes she understands… he will explain it to her when they recover Konoha, yes, that's what he will do.

The rain began to fall heavily, extinguishing the flames that surrounded the large village, as night claimed the sky.

Same moment - Hokage Mansion.

In this meeting, the different leaders of the clans that remain in the village were gathered, whether they were the patriarchs who did not fight or their heirs who supplanted their fathers, such as Hiashi and his brother Hizashi Hyūga, the new leaders of the Hyūga clan, since the elders tried to help in Konoha's fight for fame and did not return.

The Ino-Shika-Cho clan, the Kurama clan, Aburame, and other representatives began to arrive and sit on their knees on the ground, as it was practically an emergency meeting and there was only one seat.

Shikaku sighed as Kenji Uchiha stood beside the boy and Shibi Aburame. Both had clear advantages, having been the first to yield, not out of cowardice, but because they were more cunning than expected. And besides, Hokage-sama had offended many people, not just the Uchiha clan. It was to be expected… a shame his father died for nothing. Hokage-sama fled like a coward without a fight, taking his clan with him… to think that Konoha would undergo such a monumental transformation in less than 24 hours.

Naruto crossed his legs, calmly observing those present.

Naruto: Is that everyone?... – I ask Kenji curiously, he's a volunteer servant, he's doing a good job.

Kenji nodded.

Kenji: Many fled, my lord. Those present hold positions of power in Konoha or are leaders of their clans… - he explained calmly. It was a shame that Sakumo had fled with the Sannin.

Naruto hummed.

Naruto: "Have the Uchiha and Aburame surrounded Konoha?" he asked curiously.

Kenji nodded.

Kenji: Konoha is vast and large, the Kuramas who have always been our allies also helped us to maintain peace and control, we have also taken control of the barrier around the village and we are modifying it to have better control of who enters and who leaves in order to react accordingly in case of enemies… - he explained to Naruto who nodded calmly.

The patriarch of the Kurama clan sighed with relief at being recognized by the Uchiha as their allies. They always had been, and he was also one of the first to refuse to allow Sarutobi, who lacked any Kekkei Genkai , to rise to power. If it hadn't been for those Senju and Mito Uzumaki—that foolish woman—the Uchiha would have made excellent Hokage. They are formidable fighters; they don't hide like that monkey who let the Uzumaki be annihilated. He subdued the Senju and set his sights on the Uchiha, who weren't going to die in silence. He hoped that foolish Mito would regret her stupidity in the afterlife for trusting someone so incapable.

Naruto: Did you guys stay?... – he asked curiously to those present in general.

Hiashi: Patriotism and the fact that Konoha's power is not strictly Sarutobi's, after we are allowed to live, we will fight for our home no matter who the leader is… - he said quickly to gain the approval of the clearly powerful one.

Naruto smiled.

Kenji nodded slightly.

Shikaku: The same, this is our home… we fought to protect it but against an indomitable force, it's logical to surrender, especially when your supposed leader abandons you and flees alone with his people… - he explained and the other leaders gave their opinions.

Naruto smiled.

Naruto: I thought you all stayed here to overthrow me from within, form your own faction, or plot in the shadows. That would be fun, and I'll allow it. You can plan whatever you want against me, but if it doesn't work, I'll kill you and then all the members of your clan… - he said with a cold confidence that sent chills down the spines of those present. They hadn't thought of that. Cautious about who to trust, and then he drops this bombshell on them. Clearly, they won't take the bait… Rebel against whom? Sarutobi? Ha.

Tsume: We will not, my lord… - she said quickly, acknowledging the power.

Naruto: How boring, from what I know there are other villages… I'll destroy them later… - he commented more to himself, leaving those present somewhat cold; that confidence was truly terrifying and worrying… there wasn't a single sign or hint of weakness in this… monster.

The leaders began to swear allegiance to the new Phoenix-Uchiha rule, as Naruto was leaving Kenji in charge of the improvements and reconstructions; he would be the power and the one above, but everyone answers to the elder Kenji Uchiha.

Kenji smiled broadly as he watched Naruto retreat to the Uchiha compound. He could feel it; after years... this was Kami giving them a gift for all the transgressions they had committed at the hands of their enemies. It was time for the Uchiha to rise to the top.

Little did he know that he was dealing with a devil frustrated because his toys had given up and he hadn't brought enough death to satisfy his craving.

Uchiha District – Mikoto's Home – Second Floor – Naruto's Room.

Feeling a strong urge to go to the bathroom, even over her comfort, Kushina could be seen opening her eyes, still a little sleepy, but she felt so good...light, she had never felt like this before, it was as if all her problems and worries had disappeared.

*Sigh*.

Kushina shivered at the pleasant chill of the rain coming from outside; she wanted to sleep but the urge to go to the bathroom was stronger and she wasn't going to wet the bed.

Kushina blinked before squinting, noticing the chaos around her and a figure beside her that made her gasp.

"Mikoto".

Kushina gasped at the sight of her naked, just like herself, and a series of memories attacked her, but… Bath, bath.

Kushina got up alarmed and tried to run, only for her legs to fail her and she fell face down to the ground, but suddenly she felt arms wrap around her from behind.

"Let me take you to the bathroom, okay?"

A sudden, unfamiliar voice startled Kushina as she was turned around and carried princess-style, still naked. Shame and anger began to show on Kushina's face as she was taken to the bathroom.

Kushina recognized him, a flash… She saw herself on top of this boy.

Naruto looked at Kushina curiously; she smelled a little, but not unpleasantly so, after all… it was because of their bond.

The bathroom door magically opened, pulling Kushina out of her discomfort as Naruto moved and sat her directly on the toilet.

"¡Go away…

Kushina shouted angrily, glaring fiercely at Naruto.

Naruto smiled, turning around but not leaving.

Naruto: Do it, I'll help you take a bath later, your legs won't work for a while and besides, I already saw everything and I liked it… - he said calmly, making Kushina blush and get even angrier at this shameless guy… she had heard about him from Mikoto but she didn't expect him to be there and take advantage of her in her most vulnerable moment.

Kushina clicked her fingers but couldn't resist the urge and let go.

Naruto put a hand to his chin.

"Don't smell!"

Naruto sweat.

Naruto: You're strange... – he said and dodged a strange chain, blinking as he watched it come out of Kushina's hand, who was glaring at him as she finished.

Naruto sighed and moved to the shower, turning on the tap under Kushina's watchful gaze.

Kushina: Don't come any closer... - she roared at him, but Naruto did it anyway, this time not being attacked as he lowered the cup and grabbed the vulnerable Kushina back into the shower.

Naruto: I prepared something to eat, let me help you clean up… there's a brush and cream… - he said, entering the shower as his suit disappeared, leaving him naked under Kushina's astonished gaze at the absurdity of it all; she doesn't even really know him, but still, this bastard.

Naruto pinned Kushina against the wall and handed her the brush with cream that she didn't want to take.

Naruto: I'll do it for you… - he said, grabbing Kushina's chin with one of his hands and putting the brush in her mouth. Little did she know that it was a habit of Naruto to treat his mother this way when she had her days when she wanted to break free, and he taught her how to treat her, just like the stubborn redhead in front of him.

Kushina stared in disbelief and blushed as they brushed her mouth…unreal.

Naruto moved the shower faucet and wet Kushina, who spat to the side, taking a frown while her tongue was being cleaned; she was undoubtedly offended.

Naruto put the brush aside and began washing his body, plus a little taste.

"Hey dont touches haaa…

Cemetery Mountain.

Running through a dark cave, a panting figure could be seen.

"Madara-sama, Madara-sama… Information from Konoha…"

The figure reached a wide area of the cave where nothing but darkness could be seen when some red eyes with three commas shone through it.

"Tell me... Zetsu..."
