After some investigation they found that old man wasn't theif but a cultivator who had came to meet Dev but anyway since he was trying to sneak inside and came inside without permission so they decided to punish him and then they told him to stand near tge door and there he went and stayed like normal but inside he was still feeling too much fear and having chills as to when might these pet's of Dev decide to chop him and eat but then suddenly he felt immense pressure on his body which made him kneel on the ground and then he heard the knife's spirit saying.

He thought "is he a thief? Maybe but then why would he be kneeling down on ground and what my dog was doing? But-"
He looked at the old man and his clothes
"his clothes heyhh they are like of cultivator, is this old man an cultivator?"

But to his surprise the pill was filled with energy which cured his injuries instantly, then old man thanked him.
