"I promise you, there was a strange girl in my room," Adin said to Lyon the next morning, as they returned together from the training ground.
"What girl?" Carlo asked, creeping up on them from behind.
Adin repeated the same crazy story he told Lyon to Carlo.
"Are you sure you were not hallucinating? I haven't seen any girl with that description around here," Carlo said.
"I said the same thing." Lyon shrugged.
"You said what?" Vittorio asked, coming from behind too with Luciano beside him.
All three turned, and when they saw Luciano, they bowed.
"Luce."
"Carpo."
All variations flew out of their mouth in salutation.
"How was training, Adin?" Luciano acknowledged him first.
"I can't lie, Luce, it was more rigorous than I remember. But I'm happy I don't have to sit behind a desk all day."
"Good to have you back home." He tapped him twice on the back.
They all parted ways, but Lyon and Adin continued towards their rooms which were closer to each other.
