As Daisy spoke, her eyes stayed locked tightly on Lucas.
Sophia frowned slightly.
Then Daisy turned toward her. "Miss Morgan, nice to meet you. Please take care of me."
She reached out her hand proactively.
Sophia gave her a polite smile. "Miss Clark, pleased to meet you as well."
The moment their hands met, the grip suddenly tightened.
Daisy squeezed hard, still smiling artificially. "Miss Morgan, your hand is so soft~"
Sophia's lips curved. She tightened her grip in return.
Her years of karate training weren't for nothing.
Clearly, Daisy was all show and no substance. She couldn't endure it for long before discomfort showed on her face.
Sophia smiled. "Miss Clark's hands are quite delicate too."
She abruptly increased the pressure. Daisy let out a stifled grunt.
Suddenly—
Lucas wrapped his hand around Sophia's and pulled her hand free. "No matter how much you like Miss Clark, you shouldn't cling to someone else like that."
