Chapter 4
The crystal glory. One of the deities capable of offsetting the balance of the world. In medieval times.
Ages and eras had passed and these deities have either repaired or broke the world.
The last two ages, the crystal glory contributed to the world's breaking which made it to be doubted if it actually came from the light.

"Lady Lyka, the crystal in the library is glowing" A guard came reporting.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes your lady"
"Summon the remaining 11 saints, tell them the crystal glory has been reborn" She ordered.
"At your service"
"Call Gowther immediately, I need his power of divination!!"

"Don't tell me---"
"She's the Crystal Glory" Kirigan completed the statement Grace intended to say.
Mirana walked forward and stood in front, facing Hibana.
"The Crystal glory eh, I always wondered what my lord saw in your brother that he decided to keep him. It seems you too are not ordinary" Hibana said with a smile in her face.
"Nobody lays a finger on Seren!!"
As she spoke, the air was freezing cold, making them unable to breathe properly.
"Mirana's kinda scary, and is it me or she's increasing in size, like she's growing" Braun said as he was taking note of these observations.
Mirana had evolved into a teenager, her eyes were as transparent as a crystal.
Hibana raised as hand as to strike her but Mirana was swift in holding her hand.
"Aaah!!" Hibana let out a horrible cry. Her right hand was completely frozen.
"She's crazy strong"
"As expected of the crystal glory "
Mirana stretched forth her hand and Hibana was blown backwards.
Hibana tumbled and rolled backwards. She was in excruciating pain and agony.
"Maybe we should let her finish the job" Grace suggested.
"I don't think so. She might destroy us too. Right now she is only focusing on protecting Seren" Kirigan said.
Every step Mirana took was a step of ice. She was freezing everywhere
"If this continues, she'll destroy us as well. We have to stop her!!"
"Alen!!, shoot her!!" Kirigan ordered.
"Wait, you want me to kill her?"
"Not necessarily, just shoot her to knock her out"
Alen fired three shots at Mirana but she didn't budge. The bullets froze midway before reaching her.
"It's not working!!"
Seren rushed and hugged her.
"It's okay now, I'm here for you. Don't loose yourself because of me" Seren tightened his grip on her.
"Please, don't hate me, I didn't mean what I said" Mirana said as tears flowed down her eyes.
"Of course I won't hate you. Don't loose yourself, remember we have to find your big brother" Seren said as he patted her on the head.
Mirana calmed down and she then passed out.
"Is it over?"
"I guess so"
Ketil carried Mirana from Seren's hands.
FLOWER CANNON
a blast headed straight for Seren
"Watch out!!" Alen rushed in front of Seren
"Boom!!"
There was an explosion. After the smoke cleared, a warp shield was in front of Alen.
"Wow, thank the universe for saving me" Alen said as he knotowed.
"No, it's not any universe at play here, you have touched the source" Kirigan said.
"Touched the source?"
"It means drawing power from Valda's light. You're fit to be a tarveren"
"I don't understand what bullshit you're saying right no--"
Alen hadn't finished speaking when Hibana sent another blast and Alen unconsciously created another warp shield.
Everyone, Alen is a witch" a child named Kruger screamed at the top of his voice.
"Um, witches are for the ladies Kruger. He's a wizard" Ketil explained.
"Wow, I'm a magician!!" Alen screamed at the top of his voice with excitement.
"After we're done her, you and the little girl are coming with me. We'd be heading to Palaestra" Kirigan said.
"Shouldn't you guys be focusing on me?" Hibana said. She had undergone her final transformation. She looked like a monster made of varieties of flowers.
"What the hell??"
"Um, Grace, I need you to take the children out of the building. This is not looking good" Kirigan said.
"Nobody leaves her alive"
Hibana sends a root and stabs Seren to the wall.
"Seren!!" Alen screamed.
Hibana used the root to send Kirigan flying.
"Aa aa aa. It's a shame you're leaving this world before Dante"
Sene looked at her
"Yeah, he's freaking alive and the best part is he's turned to the dark. I had him accept the dark" Hibana explained.
"I-i'll k-kill you" Seren was gasping for breath.
"Too bad I'll have to be the one to end you. I had wished it was Dante himself"
Hibana readied her roots ro strike.
"No you don't!!"
Kirigan was back and he cut her roots.
"Oh my, what are you, a zombie??"
"I'm more than a zombie princess"
Kirigan looked around. All the others have escaped save Seren, and with the look of things, Seren wasn't going to make it.
"I guess I'll go all out with you then since I have no strings holding me down" Kirigan said.
"You mean you weren't at your best?"
"What makes you think that?"
VALKYRIE ARMOR
Lightning enveloped Kirigan's body, forming an armor.
He advanced forward, going head to head with Hibana. At first he seemed invincible but with time, fatigue began setting in.
"Shit, I'm at my limit"
"You see Kirigan, you actually surprised me. At that singular instance you really surpassed me, but the difference between us the elite and you mere insects is that we never get tired. Fatigue was your greatest undoing"
She sent spikes towards Kirigan impaling him.
Kirigan knelt down, unable to move.
"To be honest, I had so much fun. Too bad you have to end this way"
She raised her hand to cut off his head only to be hit by a pillar.
"Ouch, that hurts"
She turned to see Seren floating on the air. his wounds were healed.
"What's happening, what are you??"
Seren raised his hand and at that instant, the building started collapsing. He raised his hands and rocks followed suit. He then sends them towards Hibana, impaling her.
"I can't die here!!" Hibana screamed at the top of her voice when she discovered she is about to lose.
Seren flew to her direction and with a snap of his finger, he set her ablaze.
"What kind of power is this? This orphanage had this caliber of humans living here?" Kirigan said to himself after witnessing Seren's display of power.
Seren collapsed to the ground passing out. Kirigan used his last strength to take him out before the building was brought to the ground.
"Is it over?" Grace asked when she saw Kirigan walking out
"Yeah, seems so"
"Thanks for recovering his body, at least we can be able to bury him" Grace said with sadness written all over her.
"Um, you're getting the wrong notion here. He's alive. Infact he was the one who defeated her" Kirigan explained.
"Thank goodness"
"But I'll be taking him as well, alongside the crystal glory and the other tarveren"
"What??"
