The group of umamusumes somehow was able to banish the tower of flesh back to where it came from. They did it by letting Gentildonna crush a cannonball in her palm, which created a small black hole, which she used to pull a meteor from space down onto the tower.
While all of that was happening outside, the young man was 'enjoying' a full body cleansing treatment. Although calling it treatment is kinda outrageous. Only a certain kind of people could enjoy what he had gone through.
When he first opened his eyes, he was inside a tight flesh cavern with pulsating walls and floor all around him. The tower then sprays him with a mysterious chemical that dissolves his clothes. Thick tentacles sprout from the walls around him and grab the young man's limbs before spreading him wide.
Once the tower feels like it has a good hold of the young man, more tentacles with various ends emerge from the walls. Thousands of small tentacles that suck up filth, tentacles with a scrubber-like surface, minuscule tentacles that go between his teeth, and more. But the one that the young man dreaded most was the big tentacles that went down his throat to cleanse his inside.
The young man squirms in place. The tentacles have injected the young man with a substance that turns pain into pleasure to help with the treatment. The young man doesn't want it to happen, but he is enjoying what is happening to him.
He grew despair when he felt a thick tentacle crawling up his legs. He tries to set himself on fire, but the tower responds by flooding his room with slimy water. The only way for him to breathe was through the tentacles deep in his throat.
Just as the young man resigned to his fate, the meteor finally came down from heaven and freed him from his torture. Or so he thought. He was butt naked when he got pulled out of the tower, and there's nothing more dangerous than being butt naked when dealing with adolescent umamusumes.
