"Minato, where exactly is our benefactor from?"
"I don't know, but I can say for sure he isn't from one of the Five Great Nations. One month is enough."
After Koji and the others left, the Impure World Reincarnation was not undone immediately. Instead, it would remain for one more month, and only disappear when the time was up.
When that time came, they would certainly be reluctant to leave Naruto, but being able to stay with him for even a few days was already enough to satisfy them.
The dead had to possess the awareness of the dead. In the end, the jutsu called Impure World Reincarnation was not true resurrection.
"He said the legendary Rinnegan can completely revive us and free us from these Impure World Reincarnation bodies. And Momoshiki has three Rinnegan," Kushina said.
"The other party won't revive us. Even if a Rinnegan wielder uses a forbidden technique to bring the dead back to life, they have to pay with their own life," Minato said, shaking his head.
They were unrelated strangers. Why would someone trade their own life for theirs?
Kushina nodded. That kind of thing really was impossible.
"Let's go to the Grass Village. I heard there are still members of your clan there. When the time comes, we can have them stay with Naruto," Minato said to Kushina.
"Mm. That sounds good." Kushina nodded.
When it came to members of her own clan, she was still quite reassured. They would definitely be able to take good care of her son.
…
Teyvat, Sumeru City.
Nahida walked along the street, smiling as she waved to the people of Sumeru, without the slightest airs of a god.
"Little shuttlecock, want to come home with me?" Koji asked with a smile.
"Koji, although I'm already over five hundred years old, I still look like a little child. That idea of yours is very jail-worthy," Nahida said with her hands on her waist, smiling.
"Also, don't call me shuttlecock."
Nahida did not like that nickname.
"But you really do look like a shuttlecock, especially after touching you," Koji analyzed with an utterly serious expression.
"How exactly do I look like one?" Nahida's mouth twitched.
"Right, why did you come here? Where's my sage?"
"She went to open treasure chests. Nahida, when are you going to call me Dad?" Koji raised his brows expectantly.
Nahida fell silent.
This person really was persistent. Although, considering his relationship with Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, there was technically no problem with her calling him Dad. But she really could not get the word out.
"Why are you so obsessed with making me call you that?"
"Because it's fun. Having a god call me Dad would give me a huge sense of achievement," Koji said, stating his reason.
Nahida was left somewhat speechless. That reason was truly refreshing in how unconventional it was.
It was her first time seeing someone who wanted a god to call him Dad.
"Give up. I will not call you that," Nahida said.
The main issue was age. She was already over five hundred years old, while Koji was not even fifty.
"Fine, then. Let's go find Rukkhadevata."
Nahida nodded, then bounced along ahead of him. Koji asked curiously, "Nahida, when your feet step on the ground, can flowers bloom from it?"
"They can, but not normally. It only works when I use divine Dendro power."
If flowers bloomed with every step she took in daily life, it would be very troublesome. It would be a little too exaggerated.
"Why? Do you want to see flowers bloom when I walk?" Nahida asked.
"I was just curious."
Nahida nodded and did not say anything more.
…
Sanctuary of Surasthana.
"Rukkhadevata, let's go shopping," Nabu Malikata said coquettishly while hugging Rukkhadevata's arm.
"Nabu, can't you just go by yourself?"
Rukkhadevata felt the sensation against her arm, and the corners of her mouth twitched slightly. Nabu had quite the figure. Among women, she could be considered outstanding.
"It's boring to go alone. If you won't accompany me, I'll roll around on the floor…"
"And then cry and make a fuss, right?" Koji teased.
"I won't. I'm not that shameless," Nabu Malikata said, rolling her eyes.
Rolling around was one thing. Crying and making a fuss on top of that would be far too embarrassing.
"Koji, why are you here?" Rukkhadevata's gaze was as gentle as water.
"Do I need a reason to come see my own woman?" Koji shrugged.
Rukkhadevata's cheeks instantly flushed. In front of this many people, she was definitely going to feel embarrassed.
"Nahida and I will leave first." Nabu Malikata felt as if she had been force-fed too much sweetness, so she took Nahida's little hand and left.
After the two of them left, only Koji and Rukkhadevata remained inside the Sanctuary of Surasthana.
"You really don't know how to be embarrassed."
Rukkhadevata raised her hand and condensed a wooden lounge chair, then lay down on it directly. Koji smiled knowingly. That lounge chair was clearly meant for two.
Rukkhadevata's voluptuous body was soft and boneless, and she carried a natural fragrance of plants and trees. Holding her felt very comfortable.
"Rukkhadevata, you're the first God of Wisdom. Do you have any way to make Nahida call me Dad?" Koji asked.
"Hm?"
Rukkhadevata froze slightly. What kind of request was that?
"If Nahida doesn't want to call you that, then I have no way either. Even the God of Wisdom can't think of everything," Rukkhadevata said, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.
"You can be considered Nahida's mother. Has she ever called you that?"
Rukkhadevata shook her head. Nahida had always directly called her Rukkhadevata. She also would not mind if Nahida called her Mom.
Outside the door, Nabu Malikata and Nahida claimed they had left, but they were still curiously listening in.
"Nahida, why don't you call Rukkhadevata Mom?" Nabu teased.
"If you don't mind, you can call me Auntie."
Nahida felt exhausted. Why did every single one of them want to become her elder?
"Senior Nabu, calling you that wouldn't be appropriate, right?"
"There's nothing inappropriate about it. I'd like to hear it. No one has ever called me that before."
Nahida left. She really could not stand these adults. Every one of them wanted to take advantage of her.
Nabu Malikata followed Nahida away. If she coaxed her a few more times, perhaps she really would get to hear the words she wanted.
"They're both gone. Has Nabu been causing trouble recently?" Koji asked.
"No. She's been looking for all kinds of flowers in the rainforest, then bringing them here to me." Rukkhadevata pointed at the flowers inside the Sanctuary of Surasthana. They had all been personally found by Nabu.
Whether in fragrance or appearance, they were top-class. Rukkhadevata liked them quite a lot. Every day when she woke up, she could smell the rich fragrance of flowers.
"Nabu has changed a lot. Perhaps this is the change that comes from dying and returning to life."
Rukkhadevata sighed emotionally. The Nabu of back then and the Nabu of now were quite different.
"Maybe she's already realized that everything she did was useless," Koji said thoughtfully.
How could Celestia be so easy to overthrow? Even the power of the Abyss could, at most, make Celestia feel a little wary.
