The car came to a halt just outside of a hospital.
Harmonica heard the sound of door unlocking.
Without wasting any time, she opened the door and slipped out of the car.
Her heart hammered dangerously as she watched the car speed away.
She sighed, knowing she'd just been saved by the stranger.
Too bad she didn't get to see him or even say thank you.
Limping, she covered her head properly and got into the hospital with a pained expression.
She put all the weight on her left leg and barely carried the right leg to the receptionist desk.
''How may I help you?'' The receptionist answered immediately she saw her.
Her eyes squinted as she tried to look at her, hoping she was not some kind of ex-convict.
''ID please.'' She muttered, making Harmonica bite her lips from frustration.
Today couldn't get any worse!
''I—I don't have it on me right now.'' She managed to say, gripping the desk tightly.
