Andrew wasn't sure why Han Zhan was asking this question at this time, but he quickly replied:
"Of course not, every Tier Seven and above member is a core part of the force, and their numbers largely determine the strength of a force."
"Currently, the top-ranked Anti-Xia Alliance is known to have at least ten Tier Seven Spirit Contract Masters, while we, ranked second, only have five Tier Seven Punishment Knights."
