They belong to the orthodox Dragon Race.
Another group is the Wild Dragon Race.
Most are wild Flood Dragons who have transformed into dragons or Demon Race creatures that have done so.
The identity of wild True Dragons is quite awkward.
They are naturally viewed with hostility by many demon gods, since the Dragon Race is almost born as deities, and most orthodox Dragon Race members are closely allied with Immortal Gods.
This naturally excludes them from being accepted by other demon gods.
On the other hand, if the wild Dragon Race cannot gain recognition from the orthodox Dragon Race, they will fall into an isolated predicament.
This is why the Silver Dome Dragon King seeks to make allies with Canal Dragon Monarchs and similar Lower True Dragons.
