These days, Mia Sutton has been quite comfortable at home, except... she doesn't understand why Jensen Sterling has also been at home a lot.
Mia is sitting cross-legged on the sofa playing a game, when Jensen comes out of the room. She instinctively looks up at him; he's already changed out of his loungewear and looks ready to go out. Mia asks, "Are you heading out?"
Jensen adjusts his clothes, "Yeah." After speaking, he pauses for two seconds, turns his head to look at her, and slowly asks, "Do you want to come with me?"
Mia: "Where to, what for?"
Jensen: "A friend's gathering. Are you interested?"
Mia imagines a private room full of people she doesn't know, rowdy and chaotic. After simulating the scenario in her head, she promptly makes a decision.
She looks up, smiles, and says, "No, you go ahead."
She prefers lying around at home to going out.
Hearing this, Jensen pauses for a moment and says okay.
