After dinner, the winery sent the wines selected by Simon Forrester to the room. Simon Forrester tasted each one and chose a high-alcohol Cabernet Sauvignon and a standard-alcohol one, ordering one hundred and fifty bottles of each.
Early the next morning, they headed to Silverwood Estate on the right bank of Veridia. Besides ordering a hundred bottles of the 1947 vintage ChBlanc offered by the winery, they also selected several bottles of other premium red wines.
On the third morning, they went to Latour Winery, selected the final batch of expensive red wines, and Simon Forrester and Sienna Thornton departed for Nice in The South of France that afternoon.
Nice has the world's bluest coastline, Bay of Angels, and is the warmest region in Franland.
