Simon Forrester was pulled aside by Quentin Thorne to discuss wedding details for over an hour.
When he returned to the room, Sienna Thornton was unlocking a password-protected suitcase. He closed the door and asked, "Have you signed everything? Any issues?"
"The store's paperwork is fine, but I haven't signed the hotel and mall transfer agreements yet."
Simon Forrester walked over and asked, "Why not? What's missing?"
"Nothing." Sienna looked at him, hesitated for a moment, and awkwardly said, "Thornton suggested not signing until Prosper Law has conducted due diligence and everything checks out."
Simon Forrester immediately understood upon hearing this.
He didn't blame Quentin for being cautious, and instead, he comforted the slightly guilty-looking Sienna, "That's how it should be. What if they gave us units that are losing money? Signing it would make us regret it too late."
