"How could that be okay?" Sienna Thornton lowered her head to sip her soup. "At least I need to persist until the child's first birthday." She put down the soup bowl and started eating okra, since she heard it aids milk production.
"It's not about stopping all at once, just gradually reducing the feeding frequency, adjusting to once every half day if possible, giving you at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night."
Simon Forrester's suggestion seemed like a plan. Sienna Thornton pondered for a moment: "I'll consult a baby nurse tomorrow."
After fifteen minutes into dinner, the child couldn't sit still, wiggling on his father's lap, about to start fussing.
Sienna Thornton quickly finished the rice in her bowl and walked over to Simon Forrester. She leaned slightly to be at eye level with the baby, smiling and clapping to amuse the child: "Sweetheart, come, let mommy hold you, so daddy can eat, okay?"
