Sienna Thornton cried until she was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch without having lunch.
Simon Forrester covered her with a thin air-conditioning blanket, placed a maternity pillow under her pregnant belly, and then went to prepare lunch.
After finishing his tasks, he called Scott Langford, hoping he could assist in the operating room on the day of Sienna's cesarean section. Knowing that Scott had once saved Mrs. Langford from the brink of death due to amniotic fluid embolism, Simon felt it would be safer with Scott's presence in the operating room.
Scott readily agreed, saying he would coordinate with Joyce Sutton and that Simon needn't worry on his end. Once the surgery time was confirmed, they'd just need to bring the maternity bag and handle the admission procedures.
After hanging up, Simon returned to his study to do some work. Around three o'clock, noticing Sienna hadn't woken up yet, he went downstairs to wake her for lunch.
