The sudden voice echoed throughout White Cliff Mountain.
The tall and burly Black Bear Spirit, dressed in a dazzling kasaya, stood at the Daoist Temple's entrance and lamented.
"The ancestral statue exploded?"
"What do you mean?"
Lin Heng appeared and looked at the Black Bear Spirit with eyes full of confusion.
The Black Bear Spirit pointed towards the Ancestral Hall with a grief-stricken expression that could bring tears to those who looked, saying:
"You better go and see for yourself!"
Lin Heng frowned slightly and entered the Daoist Temple, where he saw the wooden Statue of the Three Pristine Ancestor, all of which had exploded, leaving fragments scattered over the incense table.
"What happened?"
Lin Heng looked at the Black Bear Spirit with some confusion.
The Black Bear Spirit replied bitterly: "I don't know either, it just happened suddenly, and it exploded by itself."
