Chapter 133 - Chapter - 133

Giryang was walking along the sidewalk with his friends.

Jihoon, walking in front, asked, "You're sure none of them have boyfriends, right?"

From the back, Giryang replied, "That's what I'm saying."

Seung-hyun grinned. "I'm excited though. We all know the prettiest one will go to Choi Giryang."

Kwangwoon stayed silent.

As their group passed by a bus station, they passed by a group of friends waiting there.

"Why are you leaving so early? Even on your birthday you have a curfew?"

"I'm just heading out. We already had a lot of fun."

Giryang glanced over after hearing the voice it sounded vaguely familiar.

But then…

His eyes widened when he saw Seol Hyorim.

The moment He saw those pretty eyes again, he remembered something he had forgotten.

This girl had accepted me when I was at my worst.

She was the one who accepted me.

That memory slowly twisted into something else a desire to show her the person he had become now.

-

At present.

Giryang stepped off the bus at Yongin Station.

Hyorim is someone I need to have.

She's the one I'm choosing.

So no matter what… I'll do whatever it takes to take her back.

-

Seol Hyorim and Seojin stopped by a photo booth.

Inside the booth

Click!

In the first shot, We smiled at the camera with funny glasses on.

For the next shot, I leaned closer, brushing my cheek against hers. Hyorim laughed and lightly pushed my chest as she leaned back, but our cheeks still touched.

Click!

After that, I straightened up and placed a hand on her waist, looking straight at the camera. Hyorim suddenly leaned toward me and kissed my cheek.

Click!

Caught off guard, glanced at her then leaned in and kissed her cheek back just as the camera captured it.

Click!

For the last shot, Seol Hyorim simply rested her head on his shoulder while hugging his waist.

I placed my arm around her shoulders.

Afterward, we waited outside the booth for the photos to print.

As soon as the strip came out, Hyorim quickly grabbed it and looked at the pictures. I leaned my head closer to see as well.

She laughed softly when she saw the photo of me with a look of complete shock as she kissed my cheek.

After that, we decided to eat at a BBQ restaurant since Hyorim was craving some samgyeopsal and bulgogi.

They sat side by side as Seojin placed the meat onto the grill.

I grabbed a lettuce leaf, placed some rice and meat on it, and wrapped it up before bringing it toward her.

"Ahhh."

Seolhyo opened her mouth and took the whole wrap in one bite.

While chewing, she quickly made one herself and held it up to me.

I leaned in obediently as she popped it into my mouth.

After we finished filling our stomachs, I walked toward the counter.

The cashier glanced at me, then at Seolhyo, who was walking toward the bathroom.

"That'll be 21,500 won."

The guy at the counter looked at us again.

I'm jealous… I'm already over 20 and still working here while these kids are out dating…

I reached for my wallet and paid.

Afterward, I waited near the door for Seolhyo.

As we walked down the street, Seolhyo suddenly let out a loud burp.

She quickly covered her mouth, her face turning red with embarrassment as she glanced at me.

I burst out laughing.

She started hitting my arm. "Stop laughing! This is your fault! You kept feeding me!"

I chuckled. "You kept eating anyway. Why would I stop? Hahaha."

Seolhyo suddenly stopped walking and looked down at her body.

"If this continues, I'll really get fat."

I reached out and lightly pinched her cheek.

"What's wrong with that? Hehe."

Seolhyo slapped my hand away. "Hmph. You're doing this on purpose aren't you."

I chuckled and rested my arm over her shoulders, my hand lightly touching her cheek.

"Of course. That'll lessen the flies that keep buzzing around you."

Seolhyo elbowed my side.

"Even so... I don't want to get fat!"

"Fine, fine," I said. "Then why don't we burn it? Let's go to my house. Didn't you say you wanted to swim?"

Seolhyo's eyes lit up mischievously, a smirk forming on her lips.

I was waiting for this…

Now I'll show you something that'll drop your jaw.

"I don't know how to swim," she said casually. "So you'll have to teach me."

"Alright."

-

At Seol Hyorim's house, her brother Seol Minsu sat in front of the TV, watching when suddenly his phone receive a text.

He grabbed it and checked the it.

The moment he saw it, the veins on his forehead bulged.

His eyes locked onto the screen, glaring as his body trembled with anger.

An unknown number had sent him a photo.

It showed a girl hugging the arm of a guy while they walked together.

Even though the girl's face wasn't visible, he already knew who it was.

And the guy looked familiar too.

He remembered the kid who had fought him that night.

Minsu's grip on his phone tightened as he slowly stood up.

He was about to call Hyorim's number, but stopped himself.

His jaw clenched.

He would confront them himself both her and her boyfriend.

Minsu then started calling people he knew, asking around to see if anyone knew who Hyorim's boyfriend was.

-

At the same time, at Park Dong's house, clothes and pants were scattered all over the living room floor.

Park Dong stood awkwardly in front of Daegyu and Suwon with his arms spread wide.

"So? How is it?" he asked. "Do I look badass? Cool as hell?"

Suwon and Daegyu were both sitting on the couch, each holding a manga book.

Suwon glanced at him briefly. "If you hadn't used the word badass, I might've said yes."

Daegyu added, "Too much… You look like you're in your 30s."

Park Dong groaned and went back to rummaging through the pile of clothes, quickly changing again.

A moment later he stood in front of them again.

This time he was wearing a red suit with a yellow vest underneath, a green polo inside, and matching red pants.

"Then what about this one?"

They both stared at him again.

Suwon tilted his head. "Aren't you a little ahead of your time with that?"

Daegyu squinted. "Where do you even buy clothes like that?"

Park Dong crouched down and started digging through his clothes again, tossing them into the air in frustration.

"Ugh, you picky bastards! I don't have time for this!"

Suddenly he paused and looked back at them.

"…But who are you guys to judge my fashion anyway? Do you even know fashion? Bunch of lame losers."

He disdainfully said.

"That's the same outfit Baenamjeong was wearing earlier."

Suwon didn't even look away from the manga he was reading.

"Daegyu, you got plans today too?"

Daegyu nodded without lifting his eyes from his page.

"Yeah. Meeting some friends from middle school. We'll probably stay out all night. You working out with Ohno and Seojin again today?"

"Yeah," Suwon said. "Not sure about Seojin though. He might not come."

He sighed.

"So I have to show up since Jinkyung's joining too. If it's just the two of them, I can't skip."

He paused, thinking.

"…Will they even say a word to each other?"

Park Dong groaned loudly.

"Ugh… that bastard Seojin. He's the one I wanted here, but he disappeared."

Suwon and Daegyu chuckled.

Daegyu smirked. "Probably out on a date with Hyorim."

Suwon nodded. "That guy's like a magnet to Hyorim."

A few minutes later Park Dong returned again.

"Yo, how about this one? Last outfit."

He was now wearing a maroon sweater with thin horizontal stripes across the chest, a small gold embroidered logo on the left side, a white collared shirt underneath, and light beige pants.

This time they both actually looked up.

"…Not bad," Daegyu said. "Looks the best so far. Clean."

Suwon nodded. "Yeah. Looks neat."

Then he added casually, "Did Baenamjeong wear that one too?"

Park Dong sighed.

"…Yeah. Guess I'll just wear this."

Daegyu flipped a page in his manga.

"Where's he going anyway, getting all dressed up like that?"

Suwon smirked teasingly.

"Right? Heh. Who's he trying to impress?"

Park Dong walked back toward his room, still looking uncertain.

"Ah damn… is this really okay…?"

Suwon continued reading his manga and muttered quietly,

"…Well, he sure looks excited."

Daegyu glanced at him for a second before returning to his book.
