Chapter 56 - Chapter 56: Conquering Auntie, Part Four: Cosplay

"Xiao... Xiao Hao, aren't you done yet? You said ten minutes, then ten minutes, then another ten minutes. It's almost an hour, and the Ferris wheel is about to stop operating."

After a long while, Auntie Meijing's slightly trembling voice echoed in the Ferris wheel cabin.

"Alright, almost done." Su Hao also knew he had been playing for a bit too long. The Ferris wheel's maintenance stop time had long passed, and it had started running again.

If he didn't stop, the Ferris wheel would soon reach the bottom.

So, like the final stage of a race, he activated his backup hidden energy and entered berserk mode.

Although there were no spectators, no opponents, and no cheers on this track, Su Hao still enjoyed it until he crossed the finish line and ended the race!

"Phew." Letting out a long breath, Su Hao slowly sat down on the bench.

"Did you bring tissues?" Auntie Meijing gave him a helpless look and pouted affectionately.

It was strange, she had been the first to declare her love for Su Hao, but during the 'battle', Su Hao still controlled the initiative.

Perhaps this was the difference between men and women, after all, their structures were different.

"I did. Want me to help you wipe?" Su Hao took out a tissue from his pocket and asked with mischievous intent.

"No thanks, I'll do it myself." Auntie Meijing took the tissue and simultaneously scanned her surroundings. "Xiao Hao, you don't think there are cameras in this cabin, do you?"

"Don't worry, absolutely not," Su Hao said with utmost certainty.

Because at the beginning of the 'battle', he had exchanged 15 points in the points store for an interference device. Even if there was surveillance, they would only see a fake image of them chatting.

The real situation was absolutely invisible.

"That's good." Auntie Meijing breathed a sigh of relief, put the used tissue into her bag, and then looked with some distress at the tiny, palm-sized piece of clothing next to her; it was no longer wearable.

"This, I don't have a spare," Su Hao spread his hands, gloating.

"It would be strange if you did have a spare," Auntie Meijing rolled her eyes at Su Hao, then stuffed the clothing into her bag.

"Tsk tsk, going commando?" Su Hao teased, looking at Auntie Meijing.

"What else can I do? Or do you want to turn into that thing and let me wear it?" Auntie Meijing patted Su Hao's arm in annoyance.

"I wish, but unfortunately, I don't have that function." Su Hao pouted, looking full of regret.

"Smooth talker! Honestly, were you deliberately making up that talk about dying?" Auntie Meijing glared at Su Hao, questioning him.

"Of course not." Su Hao shook his head. "In fact, I might really face a fatal crisis within a month, and only you can save me!"

"Me?" Auntie Meijing pointed to herself in surprise, then said worriedly, "How can I save you? How do you know you'll be in danger?"

"It's a premonition. Anyway, for the next month, I'll try to stay away from dangerous items." Su Hao shook his head, not saying more.

"How about you just take a month off and rest at home?" Auntie Meijing suggested.

"But the stage play I'm rehearsing is about to premiere. If I take leave now, the club president will kill me!" Su Hao shook his head. "I'll just be extra careful, and the prophecy said you would save me in the end!"

"If that day truly comes, I will do whatever it takes." Auntie Meijing held Su Hao's hand, looking at him with deep affection.

She already liked Su Hao, and now that she had 'fought' with him, her entire being was naturally tied to him.

"I trust you!" Su Hao smiled, watching the Ferris wheel slowly stop. "Let's go, let's get out!"

"Mhm." Auntie Meijing nodded, actively taking his arm.

"Thank you for riding. Here are your refund and extra tickets." The staff member handed a stack of banknotes and free tickets to Auntie Meijing, while also looking at Su Hao enviously.

"Thank you." Auntie Meijing nodded gracefully in thanks, her face turning a little red.

Going commando was easy to say, but not so simple to do.

"How do you feel? If you're embarrassed, I can go with you to a lingerie store?" Su Hao mischievously nudged Auntie's waist with his elbow.

"Where is there a lingerie store here? If you want to tease me, just say so!" Auntie Meijing picked up her bag, ready to hit Su Hao on the head.

"Help! A beautiful woman is killing me!" Su Hao quickly dodged and shouted exaggeratedly.

"What nonsense are you talking about?" Auntie Meijing chased after him, both shy and angry.

Passersby around them watched their playful banter, all showing looks of envy, jealousy, and resentment.

In this day and age, why did all the good cabbages get trampled by pigs?

Auntie Meijing was, after all, uncomfortably dressed, and her body was also a bit uncomfortable after the 'battle', so she stopped after not too long.

Su Hao also stopped, standing not far away, smiling as he watched her.

Auntie Meijing looked at his warm smile, like the sun, and couldn't help but feel a wave of sweetness in her heart.

A married woman, a mother, was experiencing the feeling of being in love for the first time after many years.

"You're so slow!" Su Hao chuckled, watching Auntie Meijing smile foolishly in place for a while before walking up to him.

"Is slow not good? Do you want to be fast yourself?" Auntie Meijing said subconsciously.

"Of course I don't, after all, this concerns your happiness." Su Hao's lips curved upwards, and he turned his head, pointing to the shop next door. "Shall we go play that?"

"This is... cosplay?" Auntie Meijing looked at the shop's name, covered her mouth, and whispered, "I don't dare play this, it's too embarrassing!"

"What's there to be embarrassed about? Look, everyone else is playing!" Su Hao pointed to a couple not far away.

"Alright then." Auntie Meijing sighed helplessly, allowing Su Hao to pull her into the shop.

"I wonder what clothes Auntie will change into?" Su Hao leaned leisurely against the wall after changing into a hero's costume.

Actually, he originally wanted to personally choose clothes for Auntie Meijing, but she adamantly refused, insisting on choosing herself.

From Auntie's expression, he knew she would choose a conservative outfit. Su Hao's original bunny girl plan was probably out of the question.

Just as Su Hao was feeling regret about this, he heard light but slow footsteps approaching.

He turned his head and saw Auntie Meijing wearing a blue jumpsuit with black stockings.

"How is it? Does it not look good?" Auntie Meijing's face was slightly red, full of nervousness.

"No, it looks great." Su Hao stepped forward and put his arm around Auntie Meijing's waist. "It's a perfect match for me!"

"Really?" Auntie Meijing covered her cheeks. "But I always feel a bit embarrassed."

"It's fine, you'll get used to it. Come, let's take a picture together as a souvenir." Su Hao took out his phone from his pocket.

"What kind of souvenir is this?" Although Auntie Meijing said that, she still leaned her head on Su Hao's shoulder.

The moment the shutter clicked, she suddenly turned her head and kissed Su Hao's cheek.

Completely turning the originally ordinary group photo into something with "commemorative value."
